”腸腰筋“ヒーリング。(腹部)
腰腰筋が硬くなっている人がいますが、この筋肉が硬い人は、
肩甲骨、尾てい骨、膝の稼働が悪いので、その部位に痛みが
あります。
腸腰筋を緩めながら、硬結をヒーリングすると、スムーズに
痛みがある硬結が取れて行きます。
1、うつ伏せになって、腰椎の部位の硬結をゆびで、確かめて
腸腰筋を緩めながら、硬結をヒーリングすると、スムーズに

下さい。
5、反対の足裏と指で、尾てい骨の硬結を緩めながら、お腹全体
をヒーリングしてください。
※初めは、手の指で硬結を確かめながら、ゆっくりしたペースで
やって下さい。慣れて来たら足指で安定持続圧で押してあげると、
痛きもち良さが、身体全体に感じられます。
