1960年以後のドラック文明は今でも続いていますね。

マリファナから始まり、より強烈な刺激へと行く。

サンフランシスコ帰りの当時のドラック常用者の有名、無名を含めて、

長生きして60才前後でみなさんなくなりました。

ASKAもデビュー当時はまだ福岡の田舎にいた頃の触感、聴覚があり

自分を探求して行き、良い音楽が流れていいました。

曲がヒットしてスターになりお金が入り、時間に追われて行くと、心に

歪みが出てきた。

田舎者ではなくなって脳の感覚が変わっていきました。

ASKA は見たい、聴きたい、心を求めてドラックの中で音楽を極め

ようとしたんですね。

ピカソや岡本太郎の芸術家が原始美術や縄文に影響を受け、神話の

世界に向かって行き、トップアーティストで二人とも長生きしました。

何でミュージシャンはそこまでやってしまうんですかね。

昨日の倉富メソットのストレッチクラスに参加していた根岸君

(高校の先生)ですが、左腕肘骨折、捻挫を一週間で完治させていました。

ギブスもせずに包帯を巻いて、肘を釣っていたそうです。

骨折したところに響き、痛みが和らいで行きました。

風邪ひきました。I caught a cold.

昨日から頭ズキズキ、鼻水ずるずる、声変わりという具合です。

福山から送られて来た白菜でスープを作り、静かに過ごしました。

しばらく風邪を引いていなかったので、「風邪の効用」で細胞が活性化して

来るのを待ちましょう。薬は飲まずにですね。



マナウスで風邪ひいた時のことを思い出し過ごしながら、東京で引く風邪

は大したことないですね。

マナウスの暑さは疲れます。マナウスからサンタナへ行く船に乗り込む頃には、

暑さで具合が悪くなりそうでした。船は満員でハンモックに寝ていて地震が来て

押し潰される夢をみて翌日朝起きたら声が出なくなっていました。

風邪気味でサンタナへ着きましたが、ベレン行きの船が夜の八時を逃すと四日間無

いそうです。四日間もサンタナに留まるのはきついと思いぎりぎりベレン行きの船に

乗り込みましたが満員のハンモックで最後のアマゾン河の船旅を強行いたしました。

夜中冷えたせいで風邪がひどくなり熱も出て来て、こうなったら静かに横になり寝る

しかないと観念しました。

昼間の暑さに参りました夜は寒く吹き込んでくる風が寝ているハンモックに当たり

さすがの私も参りました。

アマゾンの大浄化を受けている事を感じながらジィーと寝込むことにしました。

付けて、二日間よく寝た事で、風邪も治まって来ました。

パリ協定を採択できたことは、世界全体の温暖化対策の転換点となる大きな成果

ですが、地球の平均気温の上昇を2℃未満に抑えるなど、世界中の国々が合意し

てパリ協定に描いた地球の未来を実現できるかどうかは、パリ協定の詳細ルールが

どのようなものになるかと、今後各国が温暖化対策をレベルアップさせていけるか

にかかっているのです。

・「自律神経病」とは自律神経の不調が原因で起こる「病」の事を示す。

何の問題も生じない。

・「自律神経病」に適切に対応できるのは本研究会で学んでその概念を基本から理解し、

治療を学んでいる者だけである。

初めて参加しましたのに、厚かましく安保先生に質問をしました。

世界に発信して行くのは、日本人の役目だと思うからです。

* It's only the person who is learning by this workshop, understands the concept from a

basis and is learning treatment that it can correspond to "autonomic nerve disease"

appropriately.
