エストニアからなぜスタートアップがこれほど生まれているのか。

斎藤大将さんにその仕組みを伺ってみたいと思いました。

スタートアップは他にもたくさんエストニア人は、創り出していて、

その頭脳と行動力はずば抜けているのを、知っております。

”縄文”心導とエストニア が繋がっていたとはびっくりです^^

電子政府として、進んでいる国という認識だけだったので、

”縄文”という日本の文化と繋がっていたということにびっくり

したところです。

エストニア のことをよく知らなかったということもありますが、

年一回はエストニア、フィンランドへワークショップへ行って

おりましたが、今年はコロナでキャンセル致しました。

送られて来た航空チケットはフィンランド航空のビジネスクラス

でした。

ハードのITとは違い、人間の内面からみ“おもてなし”“情”などの

縄文コンセプトは、この国の国民性にピタリと、来たようです。

コロナ禍の中でも電子国家のエストニアは平常心でしたね。

　三宅マリさんの出版記念会からこんな感じでトントン拍子で繋がっ

たことに、同行したキャリアコンサルティングの椎名さんからは、

「どうしたらこんな風につながるのんですか⁉️」と言うことを、

尋ねられました。

「かんながら　たまちはえませ」の言霊の出会いだからですネ。

三宅マリさんにもすぐに宍戸さんから「身体性縄文体験」のお話が

あることを、お伝えしましたら、

「素晴らしい〜」と喜んで頂きました。

竹村健一先生の著書に「運は友が運んで来る」

まさにこの度の「エストニアスタートアップ」がそうでした。

宍戸さんは、「マインドフルネスは、一歳過ぎて赤ちゃんがおしゃべり

する前のもの」と表現されていたことが、心に響きました。

「身体性縄文体験」も同じように、頭で考える前に、マインドフルネスで

入っていくことが大事ですね。

I met "Estonian Startup" from the Facebook page of Mikio Shishido, 

who I met at the "Kan nagara Tamachi Haemase" Meisou Publishing 

commemorative party of Mari Miyake.


I caught my eye about the seminar on "Estonian Startups" at a 

university in Kamakura Town.

I applied for participation immediately.

First of all, I was attracted to the word "startup".
Why are startups so born from Estonia?
I would like to ask Mr. Hiromasa Saito about the mechanism.


I know that startups are created by many other Estonians, and their brains and energy are outstanding.

I'm surprised that the "Jomon" mindset and Estonia were connected ^^
As an e-government, I was only aware that it was an advanced 

country, so I was surprised that it was connected to the Japanese 

culture of "Jomon."
Sometimes I didn't know much about Estonia,

I went there once a year to hold a workshop in Estonia and 

Finland, but this year I canceled it due to a coronavirus problem.
The airline ticket sent to me was Finnair Business Class.


Estonia, an electronic nation, was a normal heart even in the 

corona wreck.

I was connected like this from the publication commemoration 

of Mari Miyake.
Ms. Shiina, a career consulting company who accompanied me, 

asked me, "How do you connect like this?"
It may be an encounter with the spirit of "Kan nagara Tamachi 

Haemase".


When I immediately told Mari Miyake that Shishido was interested 

in the "physical Jomon experience," she was delighted with 

"wonderful."
I would like to thank Mari for connecting me with a good relationship.

Mr. Shishido was impressed by the expression that "mindfulness 

was before a baby over one year old talked."

斎藤さんは2016年からタリン工科大学で勉強されてきました。
電子国家として世界的に有名になったエストニアについて
お話くださいました。

「偶然をデザインする」　

*エストニアのコミニュティのあり方。

*スカイプからエストニアは、急成長しています。

*5人に一人自分の会社持っていて、10代も入っています。

*エストニアで一番かっこいい生き方がスタートアップ。

*エストニアでは資本金３０万円位から会社作れます。

*国がスタートアップ助けてくれるエストニア

*皆んながプレゼンとか、マーケティングとか当たり前に知っている。

*授業にも組み込まれている。

*8歳の起業家がいて、すごく稼げている。

*2,000年以降スカイプがデザインした事で巨大な富を得ました。

*10代20代とから始まった。


*エストニアでは年齢関係なく学びあっています。

*日本は大学まで勉強するけど後しない。

*日本より学びやすい環境がある。

*国立大学無料。

*日本人は英語会話が苦手だけど、文法が出来るので
いいところもあるます。

*「場所のアイデンティティ」

*場所に対する愛着が生まれる。

*場所と人を上手くつなげる。

*場と個人を上手くつなげる。

*場と知人の情動的なつながり


この町を愛する人と全力支援します。

I participated in the seminar of "Estonian startup" by 

Hiromasa Saito.


Mr. Saito has been studying at TalTech University of 

Technology since 2016.

He talked about Estonia, which has become world-famous 

as an electronic nation.


* What the Estonian community should be.
* Estonia has grown rapidly since the birth of Skype.
* One in five people has their own company, including 

teenagers.
* Startup is the coolest way to live in Estonia.
* In Estonia, you can build a company with a capital of 

about 300,000 yen.
* Estonia where the country helps startups
* Everyone knows presentations and marketing as a 

matter of course.
* It is also incorporated into school lessons.
* There is an 8-year-old entrepreneur who makes a lot 

of money.
* With the release of Skype since 2000, It designed that 

Estonia became global and gained huge wealth.
* Started in teens and 20s.


"Design by chance"
* In Estonia, people are learning from each other 

  regardless of age.
* In Japan, people study up to college, but not after that.
* Estonia has an environment that is easier to learn than 

  Japan.
* Free for national universities in Estonia.
* Japanese people are not good at speaking English, but 

 there are some good points because they can grammar.


"Location identity"
* Affection for the place is born.
* Connect places and people well.
* Connect the place and the individual well.
* Emotional connection between place and individual.


IT and Healthy are starting up as an Estonian policy.
As a healthy part , Jomon Shindo has contributed to 

Estonia.
IT is the opposite of the Jomon Shindo , but Estonia, 

which made these two policies at the same time, 

developed after the liberation of the former Soviet Union.


Next time, I would like to write about Jomon Shindo, a 

healthy "startup".

鶴川の神蔵家の紅葉が美しい〜。

お隣の神蔵家は1,800年前に天竺から渡来されて来

ました。

縄文土器などが出土する、お隣さんの家から見る

紅葉に毎日癒されています。

ご先祖さまが残された森に感謝🥲します。

5,000坪の街中にある香山の森は、町田市が買い上げ、

市民の憩いの公園となり、遊歩道やレストランに改装

中。二年後オープン予定です。

白洲次郎の“武相荘”に続き鶴川の名所になりますね。

完成が待ち遠しいです。

You're introduced from Tenjiku 1800 years before, 

and Kamikura family has come.


A Jomon ware is healed by the colored leaves which 

are seen from  Next door neighbor's unearthed 

house every day.

Thankful🥲 is made the forest where ancestors were left.


Kageyama  forest in the downtown in 5000 tsubo, Machida-shi, 

buy.

It'll be a park of citizen's relaxation, and it's remodeled into 

an esplanade and a restaurant.

この場所に立つと、普段は意識しないからだの感覚が

目覚めてくる。


「宮崎駿さんと養老孟司さんの対談集に、反転地のこと

が出てくるんですよ。

お二人ともすごく面白かったとおっしゃっているので、

一度行ってみたいと思っていたんです」


世界的なアーティスト荒川修作氏、マドリン、ギンズ”

体験できる“アート作品だ。

フィルドには「もののあわれ変容器」「宿命の家」

「切り閉じの間」

ユニークなネーミングの作品が斜面に点在している。

周囲のものすべてが傾いているので,軽いめまいに

襲われる。


歩いていても水平が取れない。緩い斜面だと思っていると、

実際は予想外の傾斜がきつく、四つん這いになって上がる

ことになる。視覚、聴覚、触覚、平均感覚、いろんな仕掛け

に満ちているのだ。

重力とは何ぞや、とかいろいろ考えさせられますね。

普段使ってない感覚が目覚めてきて、自分の“からだ”が

どんな状態なのか、鏡に写したように分かるのが面白い。

普段あまりに便利な生活をしていると、自分の“からだ”と

いうものがどんどん遠ざかっていく感じがするんです。

ここって油断すると危険な場所もあって、いろんなものに

遠慮がない。

それだけにほんとうの身体性みたいなものにたどり着ける

気がしますね。

「視覚で楽しむのもありだけど、もったいない気がしますね。

手で触って、匂いを嗅いで、耳で聞いて、肌で感じてと、

全センサーを駆動させたものが体験じゃないですか。

そういう実体験の蓄積があれば、バーチャルな体験も

豊かなものになる気がします」

「明日は筋肉痛かな」と山﨑監督は、苦笑い。

それでも“未知との遭遇”に大満足の様子だった。

山﨑監督の天命反転地のとんでもなさの表現が、

上手いなぁと感じながら、三鷹天命反転住宅時代の

からだ感覚が蘇りました。(笑)

 when you awaken to a feeling that you don't normally use.

When I usually live a very convenient life, I feel that my "body" 

is getting farther away.
There are some dangerous places if you're not careful here, 

so don't hesitate to do various things.
That's why I feel like I can reach something like a true physicality.


"It's fun to see, but I think it's a waste.
Touching it with your hands, smelling it, listening to it with your 

ears, and feeling it with your skin, isn't it an experience that 

drives all the sensors in your body? With the accumulation of 

such real experiences, I feel that virtual experiences will be 

enriched. "

"I wonder if I will have muscle pain tomorrow," said Yamazaki 

with a bitter smile.
Still, he seemed very satisfied with the "encounter with the 

unknown."

feeling of the time when I lived in the Reversible Destiny lofts
