日本へ帰り、時差も良くなりました。

仕事始めは、キャリアコンサルティングのマネージャー

縄文心導インストラクターコースでした。


エストニア、フィンランドのワークショップに負けないくらいの、

熱意が伝わって嬉しく思いました。

インストラクターコースまで来れる人は、ボディーワークをやって

も 感性が良いですね。


この夏エストニアのインストラクターに認定された男性マネージャーは、

早くも2018年のShindoカレンダー製作に取り掛かりました。

Shindoを愛する人が作る素敵なカレンダーに期待しています。

フィンランド,ケウロのムーミン村Shindo in a Finnish Momin village.

ヘルシンキから車で5時間のケウロには、有力な縄文心導インストラクターが

3人います。


ケウロはムーミンの村として知られていますね。




トップインストラクターのラウラは、 市が主催するShindo講座を一週間

で10個教えています。

市が生徒を集める関係で、一つのグループが50人。毎回定員が40人なのに

オーバーしています。

市から1時間25.5E貰います。

看護婦をしている頃は、1時間16.50Eでしたので、Shindoの方が多いです。(笑)

他に障害者グループや、椅子で座ってするShindo、親子グループ、心臓病の

家族の為とか、いろんな講座に呼ばれて行ったりしています。

リハビリにもShindoはいいのでやっています。

プライベートのクライアントも家に来てもらったり、行ったりして

いて、毎日Shindoの日を楽しみながらやっています。

・メンタルヘルス協会に講師を頼まれたりしています。

・一年に一回教会の牧師さん達に呼ばれて、心のケアーのために行きます。

Shindoしていたら、心の中から出て来る感情とお祈りのようなものと繋がり、

浄化されるようなものを、やっています。

There is a Shindo lecture a fair sponsors in each prefecture in Finland Shindo.

日本帰国のご報告致します。

今年のエストニア、フィンランドのワークショップは、特別な感じがしています。

タリンに着いてすぐにShindoインストラクタークラスがありました。

エストニアは半年コースで年2回の新しいShindoクラスが始まります。

この日は認定証を渡す日でした。










Shindoの大事なポィントを日本の例を取ってお話ししました。

「リタイヤーした腰痛の男性73歳にShindoミドルインストラクターが勇気を与えた」

「Shindoはその人の中にある深層心理を引き出すもの、上手下手をいう指圧マッサージ

とは違う」 こんな事を言える日本の若者達も素晴らしいです。






お勧め映画「戦場のピアニスト」 のお話。

ポーランド人のピアニストが、ナチから追われ隠れ家に潜んでいましたが、

ナチの将校から見つかります。

将校はピアノを弾かせますが、その音色に感動し、ピアニストを助けます。

将校に感動的なものを与え、人の意識を変えることが出来る、そんな

ヒーラを目指して下さい。

フィンランドでもこのお話を致しました。

この夏のワークは感動の渦の中で始まり、宇宙の風を背に受けながら終わりました。

過去に 自分がやって来た中で一番の充実感を感じています。








エストニアはヘリーやミラーさん達のShindoの強い精神で、エストニアをここまで

育ててくれました。








フィンランドの協会は途中ゴタゴタしていましたが、良い人達が今は頑張っているようです。

インストラクターの中には70人もの生徒を指導していて、毎日ストレッチクラスがあり、

それは政府がお金を支払ってくれています。 いいですね〜〜って感じ。







Shindoインストラクター達が勉強会に参加していましたが、皆自分の生徒を指導して いて、

この一年で2万人以上の人がShindoクラ スに何らかの形でしているそうです。

フィンランドの協会会長ラウラはテレビに 出るとの事。

ヨーロッパで、Shindoが有名になりました。

Shindoが付く名前には人が一杯集まりますので、 例えばスペインでは、「Shindo ウオーク」

と名ずけ、精神的に苦しんでいる人と、山を越えるプロジェクトがあります。












エストニア、フィンランドのスペシャルゲスト池川明先生のセミナーも大盛況でした。

ワークに参加した人はエストニア、フィンランドで延べ人数497人でした。







最後のワークの湯たんぽ療法は、これからやって来る暗くて寒いこの国の人達

にとって喜ばれることでしょう。











国際倉富縄文心導協会フィンランドの会長にラウラ、39歳が就任しました。

フィンランド最後のワークの湯たんぽ療法が始まりました。

湯たんぽは母の愛、妻の愛の結晶です。






クラトミメソッドの5つの中で、特に湯たんぽを選んでいた人に、

理由を聞きましたら、

「直感で来ました」と。

途中泣き出すインストラクターもいました。





一泣きしたら後はスッキリ、ニコニコ顔で乾杯！





後ひと頑張りして日本へ帰ります。


Hot-water bottle method of treatment of a work at the Finnish end has started.

サッカー選手から蹲踞ストレッチをして下さいと、頼まれて、

Shindoインストラクターが習いに来ていました。









最近フィンランドでは、蹲踞ストレッチが人気の的だそうです。





iPadが離せないで、みんなストレッチの合間は、大忙しです。





わたしも同じくですね(笑)

スザンナは料理の名人という事が分かりました。






本日のランチはマシュルームとサーモンのオープン焼きをホワイトソース

をかけて食べました。

お味も程よく、顎が落ちそうなそんな感じでした。






ワークもですが、スザンナの料理が食べられるのが、楽しみです。





For a Finnish soccer player, sonkyo stretch.

You asked to do sonkyo stretching from a soccer player, and a Shindo

instructor had come to the common practice.

It's said that a sonkyo stretch is a popular mark recently in Finland.

I'm likewise, too

Susanne of Finnish rough tea is an expert of a dish.

It's good by simple seasoning.

I don't have that so as not to eat too much.

Today's lunch .


You added mashed potatoes and carrot salad with stewed in cream of salmon,

white sauce and butter.

Seasoning was that it's exquisite.

It's a work, too, but the menu of the meal is worrisome every day.

ラフティのクラスの蹲踞ストレッチインストラクタークラスが

始まりました。

スザンナのオーガナイズは初めての事です。

いい感じでフィンランドのワークショップは進み出しています。





スザンナは大家族の女主人という、家付き娘として、君臨しています。

お爺さんの代からの自宅は、70年代の面影がそのまま残っています。

天井も低く、日本の家の中にいるような、雰囲気で、とても落ち着く

お家です。

子供が4人、お孫さん1人も近くに住んでいますので、会いに来てくれ

ました。






5人のインストラクターが泊りがけで、5時間かけてきている人もいます。




サウナやジャグジーもあり、スザンナは料理が上手で、毎日美味しいもの

を作ってくれています。





最高ですね〜。







A sonkyo stretch instructor class of rough tea has started.

Susanne is reigning her daughter with a house as goodwife

of a large family.

The image in 70 's is left just as it is in a home from grandfather's charge.

The house which is also low-ceilinged, is the atmosphere in the Japanese

house and calms down very much.

It seems good and a Finnish workshop has begun to be developed.

Susanne children have come to meet us, too.

5 instructors, to stay overnight.

There is a person calling for 5 hours, too.

A sauna and a jacuzzi and.

Susanne is being a good cook and is making us something every day.

It's best-, isn't it?

We have moved to rough tea from workshop in the Finland end.

It feels like that I took soy sauce from sushi shop and took a rest.

リタイヤー後輝くフィンランド女性の強さThe strength of the Finnish lady who shines after Rita Year.

まだブログやFbでお騒せしておりますが、フィンランドのワークショップも後残すところ、

4回となりました。

今日はリタイヤーした元気の良い女性のShindoインストラクター達の勉強会がありました。

元大学教授や会社員など、まだ輝いて生きれる人生を歩いてみたいという。

女性の国のフィンランドらしいですね。






主催者のリタは、元高校の先生で、今はデザインスクールの院長先生ですが、Shindoを

取り入れて学校運営しています。

生徒には漫画家、写真家、デザイナー、アニメーションなどがいます。







学校の宿泊施設に寝泊まりし、学校内にある部屋でワークをしました。







勉強会ができる環境の中で、料理も美味しく、森と湖を散歩したり、ムーラでのワークは楽しく

終わりました。

The life can still shine and live again such as a former professor and an office worker, I say

that it looks like on foot.

It seems to be Finland in a female country, doesn't it?

Organizer's RIiitta is a teacher in a principal school, and now is a director teacher of a design

school, but Shindo is taken in, and the conduct of school is doing.

There are a cartoonist, a photographer and a designer for a student.

I slept in the accommodations at school and did a work by the room in the school.

The dish is also good in the environment that a study meeting will be done, and a work in Muula

has ended happily.

I strolled through the circled way in a forest and a lake.
