I was acting supervisor at a reservations office for an airline,
a "problem" call was transferred to me.
Potential passenger (pp): I want to bring my service dog with me on
the flight: what do I need to do to bring her?
Me: What does your dog do as a service dog, and with what organization is she registered?
pp: Oh I trained her myself. I'm deaf and I've trained her to be my ears.
She lets me know when the doorbell rings or the tea kettle whistles.
She even wakes me when the alarm goes off.
Me: And am I speaking with her now or are you on the phone with me?
pp: "click".....dial tone
