all the employees should work for the development of the company together with the development of surrounding like people, society, atmosphere etc, employees should not make their activities limited to the single goal only this should spread out

社員が、給料や知識や技術を「得る」ために働くのは、会社もまた売上や利益を「得る」ために経営しているからであり、組織は弱体化します。働く目的や経営理念は、価値を「与える」ことであり、その共有を図ることが強い会社になります。

給料の為に働くのを目的としては成果は出にくいと思います。
給料を売上を出した上でもらえる結果とすれば、個人と会社がWin-Winの関係性が築け「与えたものが得たもの」を体現する事になります。

Employees of any company should not work only for money, they also have to bear in mind the same goal of the organisation thats why the organisation can attain its goal.

社員として働く上で大きな問題がない限り、給与は払われます。そのため、給与のために働いていれば、最低限の働きをしていても給与は払われるとの認識になります。

Employees should work for contribution to the society as well as country. We need money for fill up basic needs but we should not work only for money.
