美術鑑賞って何？ ８ What is appriciation of fine arts? 8

桃の花を買ってきました。


セザンヌとピカソだけを例に「絵画の可能性」が
どのように拡大してきたかの　一端を考えてきましたが
ピカソ以降から現代までの動きもやはり
「可能性の追求から拡大」に尽きると思います。

そこから増々「難しい.....」絵が多く出てくるんですね。

理屈や解説無しに感動・共感できる作品も数多くありますが
しかし「なんじゃ　これは？」と思う作品が出現することも多くなります。

私はリキテンシュタイン（1923-1997）の一連の作品と
初めて出会ったときなどがそうでした。

「ここまでありか.....」正直そう思ったものです。

「見方を変えれば印刷された漫画画面も芸術になりうる」......

取り上げ方ひとつで価値まで変わるんですね。
制作者は技法よりも発想力を問われてゆきます。　　つづく

I’ve been thinking how possibilities for pictures have expanded taking examples of
only C?zanne and Picasso.
“The pursuit of possibilities and their expansion” could be only words to describe
the movement from Picasso to today.

In this way, an increasing number of “difficult pictures” have appeared.
There are many pictures that impress us and arouse our sympathy without reason
or explanation.
But there also come the works that we see and say” What’s this in the world?”
That’s when I saw a series of works by Lichtensteinfor the first time.
“Could it be possible?” honestly I thought so
From another viewpoint, printed cartoon images also could be art ….
Depending on the way of dealing, even value could be changed.
Artist is being required to have power of idea than technique.
