なぜ 版画？ その５ Why Hanga? 5

面倒で時間も気力も必要な「プロセス」が意外と
作品の魅力となっていることをお話してきました。

版画は正にその代表的な表現方法です。

版画作家は作品完成までのプロセスそのものが
好きなんだと思います。

絵を描く事よりプロセスの方に面白みを感じて
制作しているような方もいるようです。

様々な道具を駆使し　版種それぞれにある独自の技術的効果や　
あるいは新しい技術（写真やパソコンデータ等）も
取り込む事ができる面白さがあります。

I’ve mentioned that the process, which requires time and energy, makes the work
attractive.
Method of Hanga makes a good example of it.
Hanga artists like the process to completion itself and some of them seem
to prefer the process to making the art works.

Making full use of various implements, they take advantage of specific technical effects
that each method has or new technique like photographs, PC data and so on, which is
very interesting.

その出版記念の展覧会が画面右のBook Markにある
間瀬ギャラリーで開かれています。

昨日見て来たのですが　本に使った日本画などを中心に
なかなか見応えのある展示です。
