なぜ 版画？ その４ Why Hanga? 4

随分前に作った葉書　木版です。A postcard made long time ago, Woodblock

さて「もの」を作る時　当たり前ですが
完成までには手順・工程が必要です。
出来るなら簡単な工程で最高の仕上がりがほしいものです。

最近「プリントゴッコ」の生産が中止になったそうです。
パソコンプリントが普及して　簡単で早く　誰にでも
高品質のプリントが出来るようになったからでしょう。

確かにPCプリントは綺麗ですが.......

プリントゴッコは上手・下手が結構出てしまいますし
時間もかかり手も汚れる。　
しかし手作りの感じや作者の人柄が出て　
目の立ち止まりがPCプリントよりも　遥かに長いように私は思います。

プリントゴッコの方が　作る側も見る側も楽しめたと
思うのですが.....
生産中止は　ちょっと残念な気もします。

When we produce something, a matter of course, some procedure is needed for that.
If possible, we want the best finish with easy and short process.

I‘ve heard Print-Gokko (small screen-printer for home-using) has been discontinued
lately.
As printers with PC have come into wide use, it is possible for every one to make
quality prints easily and quickly.
Prints by PC are good of course, on the other hand, the finish by Print-Gokko is affected by user’s skill, and time consuming, moreover, hands become dirty.
However, you can feel something good with creator’s hands and personality,
so the impression lasts longer, I believe.
It’s kind of a pity that it was discontinued.
