風を感じ 光をあびて
体をリズミカルに動かす軽快感
流れ行く景色
いつの間にか自分自身と向き合うことから
解き放たれて 無心に近い境地になれる時が
あります。
swimmingも walking, runningも.......
そのようなカタルシスは私の創作の
重要なエネルギーになります。
Feeling the wind and the sun,
I run rhythmically, while enjoying
a feeling of airiness and passing scenes.
Being free from reflecting on myself,
I sometimes come to be in a spiritual
state of nothingness, while unaware of it.
Physical exercises like swimming, walking
and running give me such catharsis,
which is an important energy of my
creative activities.
