10連休がやってくる

恐ろしい10連休（実質は９連休）がやってくる。
家族旅行も控えているし、娘夫婦も帰省してくる。
掃除もしなくっちゃ、食料も備蓄しなくっちゃ、ガソリンは？現金は？
仕事上でも家業でも、月末月始は重要な仕事が山積みなのに、できるか？！

悩むと、３時ごろ目が覚める。寝るのは10時ごろなんだけどね。

ストレスがあると、耳閉感がすごい。聴力も下がっていた。
でも、この頃は腰痛になる。ふ～今日も痛いぜ。
