CRRT traumaという言葉があるんだそうで。
初めて聞いた。
意味はそれほど難しいことじゃなく、CRRTによる副作用／合併症のこと。
栄養（ビタミン、微量元素）の喪失、電解質／酸塩基異常、膜による炎症惹起、血圧低下、そして必要な薬物の除去。
特にこの中で問題視されているのが抗菌薬の除去。CRRTが有効血中濃度以下にしてしまうかもしれないから。

目新しい話ではないのだが。
CRRTはお気楽にやる治療法ではない、ということは分かるのでは。

ああ、そうそう。
Non-renal indicationっていう言葉ね。
もう、いい加減、過去の言葉。
知らない人は知らないままでOK。
知っている人は、忘れましょう。
