Dear president Tom Owen.
My name is Shoji Yamamoto, a Japanese woodworker.
I have been to Bellingham in 2000.
My host family is an owner of a Japanese fast food restaurant “Kojo”.
I just drove thorough your home town to ride on the Gray Hound Bus.
I felt your home is an old town like England.

To say my subject,
I have been given a large wood stove by my friend since the last November.
The name of the stove is “Vigilant” manufactured by the Vermont Casting ltd.
I must set up a stove pipe by myself.
But it is difficult or too expensive to use a double walled shield heating pipe in Japan.
My plan is simple; a double walled pipe runs straightly from the first flour,
the ceiling, the attic, the roof to the top of the chimney.
The total length of connected pipes is about 5000mm.
Sorry, I cannot use feet measurement.
A tin roof has a little waved line surface and has a 5/10 slant (26.5 degree).
So, a chimney flashing part must be made by soft metal to suit for the waved line.
I prefer a round chimney top to a square shape.
I shall get the following parts to burn a wood stove.
I will get other small parts to use the working around stove pipe at some domestic metal worker.
If you notice a vital mistake or parts never missing, Would you give me any advices?
===========================================================
 Double walled stove pipe ( Length 3 feet Diameter 6 inch) 6
 Roof flashing metal (5/10 slant (26.5 degree).) 1
 Round chimney top 1
 Locking band (use the connection of pipe) 8
I hope all parts listed above are painted in black.
 Shipping handling charge (via air)
===========================================================
I am told that my family wants to heat a stove within this mid winter.
Then you can add an air shipment charge to the total cost.

Your sincerely Shoji Yamamoto
