A new cycle hire system just launched by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has put New Yorkers in a spin, as it has been rolled out across 300 locations. It was launched one year later than planned after delays and controversy put the skids on the initiative.Al Jazeera's Kristen Saloomey reports from New York City.
