この状態に乗り越えれば、次の段階に行ける。

つらいと感じるのは、課題が目の前にあるとき。仕事を効率的に行うことができなくてつらいのか、むしろ自分にできる仕事がなくてつらいのか。何にせよ、その課題を明確にし解決策を講じていくことで我々は成長することができるのであると思います。

辛いと感じるときは自分の能力以上のものが求められており負荷がかかった状態です。
やがて負荷も自分の能力が向上したときに辛くなくなります。
長期に渡る過度の辛さは心身ともに擦り切れてしまいますが、適度な負荷を課していきましょう。
