本当に良い会社は、社員全員が理念に共感して価値提出している会社です。理念は価値観であり、共感できなければ、居心地が悪くなります。

If a company do well for everyone then it may not good one. so for doing the daily activities of the company may sometimes go against anyone's interest but not all.
