上司と意見が違うのは、価値観が違うからと安易に思ってはいけません。見ている視野や時間軸など、器の大きさの違いだと知ることが必要です。

Sometimes the boss takes opinions from others and subordinates give different opinion.
In this case, we may explain differently. But we have to pay deep thinking and we have to reach the unique goal.
