多くの人が共感できる目標は、社会的に価値のあるものです。
人を集めるためには、相手が共感できる目標設定が必要になります。

この目的への共感なしに、低次の欲求を刺激することで人は一時的に集まるかもしれないが、それが満たされ満足するとその組織から離れていく。
だからまた人を集める。そして辞めていく、の繰り返し。
相手に対して”自分が欲しいものが得られる”とい見せ方が強くなればなるほど、上記のような傾向が顕著に表れてしまうので、”会社に合う人”を本当に採用したいのであれば、それは”会社の目的に合う人”であるべきで、短期視点ではなく長期視点で会社自身が語りかけていく必要があるのだと思う。
だからこそ、どのような価値を社会に提供するのか言語化し、目標を設定することが必要です。
ただ、目標があっても共感を生んでいなければ、その組織は烏合の衆です。
組織としての力を発揮するためには、「目標」が重要なポイントであると考えています。
