経験量は、行動量で測りますが、それは経験した長さではなく、どれだけ行動したかの密度の濃さで決まります。成果を出すことを目的に行動することにより、密度を高めます。

経験量が多くなることで、アウトプットの質に繋がってきます。経験量を多くするためには、他人よりも時間あたりの経験量を多くしなければなりません。
それは密度を高めることであり、密度の高い仕事をするには、事前の知識が必要だと考えます。

経験の密度とは、どれだけ顧客に向き合い、顧客の求める価値を提供しようと試みたか。顧客の求める価値を提供できるか否かは知識と経験によるものである。

How long I have spent in an entity isn’t suffice to obtain experience just because if we don’t take the responsibility but passing time by way of any means than it will not be sufficient to obtain the experience.
