if we keep our self busy back to the previous experience and style we will not be updated, we will be considered past experienced person. so with out looking back we should make new plan for the future and make the present dynamically different than the past

If we only based on past experience, we will be past. We should keep pace with the change and adopt the change.

We have to adopt new strategy as the world is constantly changing.

If we continuously use our past experience & knowledge then we will remain in first. So to cope up with the current situation we should be up-to-date with the current situation that’s why our conclusion be in line with the current situation.

新しい方法、新しい情報は次々に出てきています。過去のやり方を信じていては、時代に取り残されます。

現時点での最新の知識や経験は明日には既に過去のモノとなっています。
しかし、過去のモノとなってしまう事を恐れてはいけません。
例え過去の知識や経験だとしても基礎が積み上がったものに最新の知識を補う事はゼロから築き上げるより容易であり、過去との違いを明確にする事で顧客への提案にも生きてきます。
過去の知識や経験を活かすも殺すも使い方次第だと思います。

Past experience help us to manage present situation, but world is changed day by day, so if we keep our old strategy we will be a back-dated.

Actually past experiences and knowledge help us present work place.So, we take any strategy and plan for present work then help us past earned knowledge and experience.
