長く経験していても、量が少なければ、経験値は高まりません。行動量が圧倒的に多ければ、短くても経験値も圧倒的に上がります。密度が重要で長さではありません。

Time duration may not be the experience. Experience is how much skill we gathered by efficient working. We can achieve it by our intension but not by the time duration.
