社長と社員では、立場が違いますし、情報量も圧倒的に違います。よって、社員の言う通りに意思決定を行うと経営は悪循環に陥り、倒産します。

Management set the goal of the company and place strategies to reach it. employees point of view help in this process but relying only on them might not be good for the company.

I don't agree with this quote. First of all we have to observe the attitude of employees and their opinion, because they may make the opinion better than me.
