組織を去ろうとするものを引き留めてはいけません。
例え、引き留めに成功したとしても、引き留められた人間は、引き留められたから会社に残っていると思います。
そのような人間が、その後、組織に貢献することはありません。
去る人間に対しては、次の人生での成功を祈念し、心地よく旅立たせてあげましょう。
