リーダーにはチームの目標達成のための行動を起こす責任があります。リーダーという姿勢を行動で示さなければいけません。

言葉よりも、人は誰かの努力や、勤勉な姿勢をみて影響されていくと思います。
部下に背中を見せ、さらに言葉をかけて、モチベーションをあげていく役割をリーダーはもつ必要があります。
