自分の責任範囲を狭めると、やることができる仕事が限定されます。自由と責任は、表裏一体ですので、自分が求めている自由の本質を知る必要があります。

For any important employee of any company if he wants him to be free then he have to extent his responsibility and of course have to segregate duties.
