最近 大相撲の八百長事件で マスコミと相撲協会は盛んに
「信頼」が失われてしまったと 嘆いている様ですが.....
私も相撲ファンの一人として思うのですが
果たして 観客と力士の間に あるいは相撲界との間に信頼と云う程の「思い」があったとは
どうしても感じられないんですな.....
ほとんどのファンは
ある程度の事は飲み込んだ上で 取り組みを楽しんでいたのではないかと.....
話しは飛びますが
現芝田山親方 元横綱大乃国（今はスィーツ親方の方で有名ですが）は
「ガチンコ」「真っ向勝負」で知られた人で
だからこそ 千代の富士の５４連勝をストップさせ
だからこそ 横綱で最も恥ずかしい負け越しもした力士として名が残っています。
この大乃国の師匠は これまた「ガチンコ」で有名な 現協会理事長 放駒親方（元大関魁傑）なんですね。
また協会には理事として「ガチンコ」の若きホープ貴乃花親方もいることですし.....
相撲界にはまだまだ自浄作用が出来る力が充分残っていると.....
取りあえずは ある程度の「建前」を再建して 収束させる事になるのでしょうが.....
それでも 私は期待を込めて静観したいと思っています。

According to mass media or Sumo association,they say the trust was lost.
I wonder as one of Sumo fan, what “lost trust” is all about
Most fans…myself included… may have enjoyed the bouts knowing some gray area there.
Shibatayama stable master (Ex grand champion, now well known as sweets master)is well known for the wrestler who did fairly without rigging
All the more he stopped Chiyonofuji’s 54th strait wins, and all the more he lost more than half his bouts, which is the most disgraceful to Grand champion.
And his stable master was current Sumo Association chairman Hanaregoma (ex Ozeki
Kaiketu), who is also well known for” never rigging wrestler”
Anyway, there is a young stable master and the hope of the Association” Takanohana”
who is famous for fair play as well.
I’d like to wait and see in hope that the Association still have ability of self –cleaning and find the way to settle it themselves.

凍らせた「鰊漬け」！
（ここまでやると もう嫌みでしかないようですが....
どうしてもやってみたくて.....）
極寒の北海道で出来る透明に凍る鰊漬けは やはり冷凍庫では無理でしたが
かなり近いものが出来ました。
Frozen one!
I definitely wanted to try.
In frigid Hokkaido, it is frozen transparently. In our freezer, it was impossible.
But it is good in its own way.
そして無駄にUP （＠ドンさん）took it in close-up(is it necessary?)
見事なアメ色！
しゃっこくて なまら旨いんだわ
最も美味しい状態になって どんどん食べ続けたいと思う頃は もうほとんど残ってないんですよね....
Wonderful light brown! So cold! So delicious!
There is a little left when it is at their best.
I wish I could keep on eating….

作り過ぎて 食べ切る前に気温が高くなって 半分近く捨てなければならない年もありました。
今回は少なめに作ったので 腐る前に食べ切れそうです。
