先日の朝日川柳に
「原発に妙に詳しくなる不幸」という句が載っていましたが
確かに「ヨウ素」とか「セシュウム」とか 昨日あたりから「プルトニウム」「キセノン」なんてのも出てきて
放射能に対する不安が高まっています。
原発がひとたび破壊されると 多少想像はしていたにせよ（いや想像したくなかっただけですが）
これほどまでの影響があると判ったのですから
電気を使いたいだけ使って 便利に暮らしていた日々は これから少し変わらざる得ないのかもしれません。
個人的には時間を懸けてでも原発廃止の方向がいいと思う一方
しかしです.....
日本全体としては 今回をきっかけに「原発」を考え直すと共に
「生活」をも見直さなければならない という流れは多分「数年」はあるでしょうが......
ここまで来ると もう後戻りは出来ない
より良い安全な原発を開発して 今以上の発展を追求するこれまでの流れに変わりはないだろう とも思います。
さて どうしたものか
I found a Senryu (short, witty Japanese poems) in the newspaper”Asahi-shinbun”
“Is it happy to become well knowledgeable about nuke plants?”
In fact, we’ve heard the words such as Iodine, Cesium and since yesterday, Plutonium
Xenon etc. have been added.
Anxiety over an effect of radiation is increasing.
Once a nuke plant is damaged, even though we’ve imagined to some extent,
the affliction is this terrible. No, we didn’t want to imagine it.
Now that, we may have to change daily life, which is so convenient thanks to waste of electricity.
Personally, it's better that they should be gradually shut down.
However, we couldn’t turn back to inconvenient days.
So developing safer ones we may continue to go with the flow as used to be.
But in the wake of this disaster, there will be another flow for time being.
That is, we'll have second thoughts on this subject and review our life style.
What should I do?
と言った所で ＜今日の花＞は「水仙」です。
Today’s flower is Narcissus

前々回の梅の季語は「春」ですが この水仙は「冬」です。
「水仙」は漢語で 和名は「雪中花」
震災の起きた頃 東北地方でもきっともう咲いていたのではないでしょうか。
来年もまた変わらずに 日本の各地で その可憐な花を咲かせて欲しいと願わずにはいられません。

while Narcissus is that of winter.
When the earthquake occurred, they may have already bloomed in Tohoku areas.
I hope these lovely flowers will bloom in many parts of Japan Next year.
