総じて食べ物は取り立て・出来立てが一番美味しいものです。
特に冬場は焼きたて熱々が最高です。
鍋はまぁごく普通ですが この季節毎晩庭でバーベキューを
する訳にはゆきません。
そこで卓上でも気軽にBBQを出来るようにしてみました。
要するに家庭内炉端焼き風・焼き鳥屋風 飲み屋です。
この姉妹メニュウに「お座敷天ぷら」というのも
時々やっています。
部屋中煙だらけ 油だらけになるのが欠点ですが
古い家だからこそ出来るお楽しみです。
Generally, food is the best when it’s fresh from the farm, the sea
or the oven etc.
In the winter, freshly grilled or cooked hot dishes couldn’t be better.
But we can’t barbecue in the backyard cold winter evenings.
So we tried doing in the living room, like ROBATA-YAKI or YAKITORI
Restaurants.
We sometimes enjoy OZASHIKI-TEMPURA (fry your own tempera
with your favorite ingredients, on the table in the living room!)
for the same reason.
The room becomes terribly smoky and greasy.
But we don’t have to mind it,due to living in a ramshackle old house (hut).
