(New disclosure: Fukushima nuclear power plant)

時事通信は、以下のような報道を行っており、一号機建屋から汚染水が漏れ出している可能性があると報じています。
1号機2,3号機、次から次へと問題が出てきており、このままいけば、完全に福島第一原発は放棄するような事態に発展するかも知れません。
1号機建屋も汚染源か＝福島第1の放射能地下水―規制委作業部会で指摘
東京電力福島第1原発で放射性物質に汚染された地下水が海に流出している問題で、汚染水対策を議論する原子力規制委員会の作業部会が24日開かれ、1号機タービン建屋地下にたまった高濃度汚染水が漏れ、地下水を汚している可能性を指摘する意見が相次いだ。
東電はこれまで、事故直後に2、3号機のトレンチ（ケーブルなどの地下管路）に流れ込んだ高濃度汚染水が土壌にしみ出して地下水を汚した可能性があると説明。海への流出を防ぐため付近の地下水をくみ上げ、護岸近くの土壌を固めているが、建屋などからの漏えいは認めていない。
1号機建屋から汚染水が漏れていれば、新たな対策が必要となる。
作業部会に提出された資料によると、1号機タービン建屋海側で護岸から約45メートル離れた観測用井戸では、放射性物質トリチウムの濃度が昨年11月中旬は検出不能なほど低かったが、その後上昇。今月19日に採取した地下水では1リットル当たり5600ベクレルで、この井戸の最高値を更新した。
