ブログ再開しますResuming the blog

まだまだ大きな余震があったり　原発の状況が安定しない不安で落ち着かない毎日ですが
今日からこのブログを再開いたします。

こちら埼玉でもガソリン不足で　
（先日私も３時間並んでやっと２０リットル入れられました）
スーパーの米や牛乳・卵などや　食品棚はほとんど空っぽになっていたりして　
やはり尋常な雰囲気ではありません。
ちょっと過剰行動のような気もします。

被災地に比べれば　まだまだ充分恵まれた状態なのですが。

ただ　作品制作の面では何かと心落ち着かず　
計画停電で仕事が中断したりして集中力も続かず　
制作は滞ってしまったので　４月の個展は延期してもらうことにしました。
いつ開くかはまだ未定です。

There are still many large aftershocks and the situation of the nuke plant is unstable. 　　　　　　　　　　　
We have been leading uneasy days, but I’ll post my blog again from today.

Here in Saitama, the gas and food shortage is annoying us.
I lined up and kept waiting for three hours to get 20 liter of gas.
Rice, milk and eggs were gone from the shelves of a supermarket.
I’m wondering if it is overreaction, here is far better off than the disaster-struck areas.

It has been decided that my exhibit in April be postponed since I can’t concentrate
on making works under present conditions.



でもです....
この様な時自分に出来る事はやはり絵を書く事と　改めて思い直しまして
心休まる絵をブログに載せて行こうと決心しました。

本来なら版画にするところですが　版を起こす時間が無いので
原画あるいはメモ的なスケッチを少しづつ掲載していきます。

However, I’ve had second thought what I can do now is to draw pictures.
So, I’ll post my designs or drafts such as taking a note little by little because I can’t afford to make the frames for Hanga.



「花シリーズ」のための梅の版下用原画です。
近々版画作品に仕上げる予定です。
It’s a design of Ume for series of flowers. I’m going to finish it in silkscreen before long.

被災地の多くはまだ梅は咲いていないかも知れませんね。
早く暖かくなって　状況が安定して　梅を眺める余裕を持てる事を心から願います。

Ume blossoms may not come out yet in most of the afflicted districts.
I hope that it’ll get warm and the situation will be better and be able to enjoy seeing blossoms.
