今回はちょっとお休みして たわいない我が家の話題です。
Today, suspending “Why Hanga?”, I talk about our trivial matters.
この汚い画像は私の仕事場にある窓付けクーラーです。
かなり汚れてボロボロですが ２７年間！ 使っている物です。
まったく手入れも 掃除もすること無く
季節になるとコンセントを入れ 秋になると抜くという横着なことを
２７年続けてきました。
裏側は錆びて一部は崩れています。
で 今年もおっかなびっくりコンセントにつないでみると
轟音をたてて働き始めました！
充分過ぎる位 涼しいです。（ちょっと音がうるさいですが...）
地球に優しくない フロンガスを使っているようですが
まだまだ使用出来るので 廃棄する気にもなれず
今年も働いてもらうことにしました。
ちなみに「三菱電工製 ビーバーエアコン」です。
「長持ち」は他にもあります。
以前乗っていた「トヨタ ハイエース」は
１２年間２７万km これまた手入れ無し・ほぼ故障なしで走りつづけました。
まだ使えたのですが 排ガス規制不適用で諦めました。
今乗っているのは「ホンダ ステップワゴン」
９年間１８万km まったく故障なし！ 今も10km/L走ります。
まだまだ乗れそうです。
あと 相方に至っては４０年間ほとんど手入れなしで
こんにちまで続いています......
最近ちょっと故障ぎみですが.....
This shabby air-conditioner is installed at a window in my studio.
As it looks worn-out, I’ve been using for over 27years!
When it becomes hot, I plug in it. And when the autumn comes, I unplug in it.
I‘ve lazily repeated this every year without care or cleaning.
The backside has rusted and it is on the verge of ruining partially.
Also this year, I gingerly turned on the switch. Oh, it started working with a roar!
And the room became cool enough.
Although earth-unfriendly CFC seems to be used, it’s still usable.
I didn’t feel like disposing of it, so decided to use it this year again.
By the way, this is “ Beaver Air-Con” manufactured by Mitsubishi.
These are other "long-last" stories.
“Toyota Hi-Ace” had been running without troubles for 12 years, 270thousand kilometer,
I didn’t take enough care of it tough.
It still worked, but I gave it up due to the controlling of diesel emissions.
I‘ve been using “Honda Step-Wagon” for 9years at present, it's run 180 thousand km and runs 10km/L still now without any trouble.
It’ll keep on working for time being.
The partner has been working for 40 years without maintenance(!)
she has been a bit out of order these days…..
