Gomi who has few wants
まさに仏教で言う「知足」を実践しているような余裕のゴミですが
外猫君たちは....
She looks satisfied with few wants as if she practices the teachings of Buddha.
As opposed to her….


「餓えを知る」姉妹猫
The sisters who are in great want

のら生活の厳しさを知っている彼女達の食欲は
「知足」なんか吹き飛ばしています。
They are always hungry. “ Want nothing ? It can’t be!”


お腹いっぱいになって　一休み
二軒長屋の右に入っているのが姉です。
After eating much, they take a break.
The cat in the right side of the duplex house is the elder one.

家の中にも猫
庭に出ても猫
猫好きにはたまらない環境です。
Cat, cat, cat…inside and outside..
Here is the best circumstances for cat-lovers!

そんな楽しい気分を版画にしてみました。
次回は外猫達をモデルにした　新作「猫姫」をご紹介します。

近所にはたくさん柿が成っているのですが　ほとんど取らないようです。
カラスさえ見向きもしません。
私は食べてみたいんですがね...
There are many persimmon trees bearing a plenty of fruit in the neighborhood.
Nobody picks them.Not even crows do. I want to eat one though.
