Scam Alert: Bank of Ireland issue warning to customers as fraudsters are calling and sending emails pretending to be from the bank
詐欺に注意： Bank of Ireland は顧客に対し、銀行からを装った詐欺師による電話や e-mail に注意するように呼びかけています。



Bank of Ireland have issued a warning to their customers as another scam operation is doing the rounds.

The warning from the bank comes as fraudsters are contacting customers via email and telephone prenteding to be from the bank before asking them for their personal details.

However in a post on their official twitter account, Bank of Ireland say they have been made aware of the issue and warned customers not to hand over their personal details as the bank would not contact their customers via phone or email.

It is believed that a number of customers have been targeted by the scam after they posted a tweet on the BOI twitter page.

また、これも繰り返しになりますが、防御を呼びかけるだけでなく、こうした意図的な超悪質行為には、極刑相当を科すべきでしょう。 でないと、バカな行為はなくなりません。

さらには、悪いことをしても、知らぬ存ぜぬで逃げ切る政治家や、それに迎合する日和見主義・御都合主義の連中が闊歩する社会は一掃すべきです。 社会をリードすべき人々が、徒党を組んで、まるで悪の巣窟状態では、世の中は正されません（不正がまかり通っています）。

２０１９年２月１７日（Sun.） 気になっていたフランスの Yellow vests 、昨日の土曜日、１４週連続となる抗議活動は行われたようです。 暴力行為以外の点では、日本も見習いたいものです。 （ ニュースソース： THE LOCAL.fr ２月１７日発 ）

Tens of thousands of "yellow vest" protesters marched across France on Saturday, three months since the movement began, and in a week that has seen growing international concern at police treatment of the protesters.
Demonstrating for the 14th consecutive weekend, 41,500 people turned out across the country, according to the interior ministry, well down on the 282,000 peak during the protests' early weeks.

A ministry statement said 5,000 people protested in Paris but march organizers put the numbers far higher.

"We are 15,000, that means the movement is increasing," Jerome Rodrigues, one of the movement's better known figures, told AFP at the Paris march.

Rodrigues, along with three other people, is suing the police after being struck in the eye by a projectile he says was fired from a police Defensive Ball Launcher (LBD).

On Thursday, deputies in the European Parliament passed a resolution condemning the disproportionate use of force against protesters, after a debate about the use of the controversial weapon by French police.

The same day, a group of UN experts condemned what they said was the disproportionate use of force by police in response to violent demonstrators.

暴力的な抗議活動には反対しますが、一方で、警察の武力行使（ゴム弾など）は、結果的に失明者を十数名は出してしまっているし、これにはヤリスギを感じます。 （指を失ったカメラマンもいます。）

それにしても、フランスの国民は、粘り強いのではないでしょうか。 静かなる抗議活動は続けて欲しいものです、必要ならば・・・。

Zookeepers in Berlin have announced that their baby polar bear is a lively girl with "a few sharp claws." The little bear measures just 61 centimeters and could get its first visitors as early as March.

Vets at Berlin Zoo were excited on Friday to announce that the newest addition to their polar bear family is a "lively, strong girl."
The baby bear, born on December 1, was separated from its mother Tonja for the first time for a 15-minute medical examination.
Veterinarian Günter Strauss said she measured 61 centimeters from head to toe and was "a hefty 8.5 kilos on the scales."

It was the polar bear's first medical examination.

The bear has not yet been named. Zoo directors said this will be determined in conjuction with potential future adopters.
Visitors will be pleased to hear that she may make her first public appearance as early as March.
Mother Tonja has lost two polar bear babies before.

The mortality rate for young polar bears is around 50 percent and is even higher during the first 10 days.
In 2011, Berlin Zoo’s beloved polar beat Knut died aged four from a brain inflammation.

デンマーク（Denmark 🇩🇰）： ’world champions’ of organic food

２０１９年２月１５日（Fri.） ここ数年、我が家ではオーガニックな食材を買い求めることが多くなっています。 店によっては、オーガニック・コーナーや、オーガニックであることを示すわかりやすい表示方式を採用しているところもあります。 しかし、オーガニック食材を扱っていないか、または、商品パッケージを読まなければ（または、マークを確認する）、判別できないような陳列に終わっているところも多いです。
消費者の、食の安全に関する意識の高まりに伴い、生産者やメーカー、流通業界なども、もっとこうした面に力を入れてもらいたいものです。 同じように、発ガン性が疑われている除草剤成分のグリホサートが含まれている恐れがある遺伝子組換え食材（GMF）は、食品から一掃すべきでしょう。また、それが使われていないことの表示も欲しいものです。

Sales of organic food are setting new records across the globe, and Denmark is at the front of the field.

In a new international report with data from 180 countries, Denmark was found to have consolidated its position as the world’s leading country for organic.

In 2017, 13.3 percent of Denmark’s total food sales were organic produce, well ahead of closest contenders Sweden and Switzerland, with 9.1 and 9.0 percent respectively.

The report, from Swiss independent, non-profit, research institute Agriculture FiBL, was presented on Wednesday at the Biofach organic conference in Nuremberg, Germany.

Thirty-two Danish companies are participating in the festival, where they hope to secure a better share of the industry’s global market.

The report describes a historically high interest in organic, with total sales amounting to 97 billion dollars worldwide in 2017.

Global turnover from organic products has doubled in the last ten years.

“The proportion of organic food in Danish shopping baskets has increased dramatically and is now at 14 percent. That’s why there’s huge potential in a large and important market like Germany for increased export,” the minister added.

Denmark’s participation in the conference was organised by organic farming interest organisation Økologisk Landsforening and export network Bio Aus Dänemark.

“Denmark, year after year, has maintained a position as the world’s leading nation for organic. That reflects the conscious nature of Danish consumers as well as the good interaction Denmark has between organic producers and the retail sector,” Økologisk Landsforening CEO Helle Borup Friberg said.

ドイツ（Germany 🇩🇪）： save the bees

２０１９年２月１４日（Thu.） コンビニや焼肉屋などの店舗内で、その店の社員や客などによる悪質なイタズラ（？）動画が作成され、それがSNSで流され物議を醸しています。 こんなニュースを見ていると、物事の善悪すら判断出来ない連中がいるようです、一部の人であると信じたいところですが・・・。 もっとも、政治の世界でも、あったことをなかったことにしたり、事実でないことを言い切る大嘘つきの首相がいたり、それに迎合する日和見主義者が大勢いる事実からすると、日本人の２０％ぐらいは、救いようがない部類に属しているのかも知れません。 前述の不届きな連中などは、顔や名前も公開して社会的制裁も加えるべきでしょう。過失の場合は別として、故意にやってる加害者・犯人の人権を、過度に守る必要はないと思います。

一方で、水泳の池江選手（１８）のコメントが新聞に掲載されていましたが、実にシッカリとした言葉で “大人” や “人間性” を感じさせるものでした。 どこかの閣僚とは雲泥の差があります。

ドイツは地方自治も発達していると考えられますので、こうした州単位での活動も盛んなのでしょう。 また、ミツバチを救えと言うことは、殺虫剤成分のネオニコチノイドの使用に関することなども含まれているかも知れません。この農薬によって、様々な受粉虫が絶滅の危機に瀕してしまっていることは既報です。

それにしても、住民や活動家たちによる抗議行動は、日本に比べて多いように感じます。 日本も、政治家や行政に頼っていると、とんでもない方向に行っていますので、直接行動も時には必要でしょう。 政治・行政が、まともな判断をしていると思ってしまうことは、大きな間違いです、安倍政権の現状を見る限りは・・・。

国会のやりとりで、参考人として呼ばれた人の説明拒否は、国民に対する最大の冒涜です。 フザケルナ‼️ です。
