２０１９年３月３日（Sun.） 先週火曜日の当ブログ記事、デンマークでの食品包装に関するフッ素成分の規制動向に関するものでしたが、これを受けて、我が家、及び、近しい家族では、フッ素系のコーティングがされているフライパンや炊飯器からの切り替えを進めています。
炊飯器は、大半が同コーティングがなされている為、陶器の炊飯器を発注済み。 フライパンは、鉄製を中心に物色中で、本日中にでも発注予定です。
技術革新や便利さなどの追及は常に続くものと思いますが、一旦、障害となるような知見が得られたのであれば、その時点から、速やかに軌道修正すべきです。 原発の安全神話崩壊も然りでしょう。
