夏休みの工作 １

I am going to make a chair to use in the tiny house during summer break！

at first, I bought wood materials which costed about 1000yen for all of them.

 

休み中　暇なので　小屋で使う椅子作るよ！

 

まずは　ホームセンター行って　完成品の椅子(￥5980)の構造を脳内コピーしてっと。

必要な資材を買ってきました！１０００円分くらいかな　

脳内で構造思い浮かべて　資材買ったけど、部品点数が結構多いので　足りないかも・

I drilled out a hole for screw  through the junction of the wood.　

各部の長さに切った後、ねじで接合するための　穴開けてっと。

基本　定規とか使わずに全部目分量・・（結構適当）

図面書かずに　脳内イメージで作ってるから　上手くいくか不安・・

It finished to work a framewoek of a chair.

I will put up a cloth on hisframework afterwards.

 As It was quite hot day, so today is the end.

椅子の骨組み完成しました！

ちょっと　幅広すぎたかも・・

この骨組みに　布を張っていく予定です。

今日も　とっても暑くて　熱中症ヤバイので　続きは次回に！

Today's work is to install a pipe that collects rain water of the roof.　　

 

こないだ　屋根をすっちしたんだけど

そのままにしてると　軒下に雨水がたまってしまうので

雨どい設置することにしました！

１時間ほどで設置完了！

傾斜が少ないので　大雨になると　溢れるかも・・・

次は　雨どいデ集めた雨水を貯めるタンクを設置します。

これで　この土地の水不足問題も　一気に解決するはず！

I'm going to build a tiny house! vol.11

 

so far, the tiny house had no roof and was covering  top with  cloth,

but decided to install a roof before the rainy season.

 

久々に書く　”パーゴラ作るよ！”　シリーズ。

なぜ　久々なのかと言えば

夏の暑い時と　冬の寒い時　さらに畑エリアが忙しい時は

小屋作りやらないから・・・です。

ってことで　作り始めて１年以上たつのに　一向に作業進みません・・・・

 

今回は　

いままで小屋の屋根は　サンシェードを覆っただけだったので

梅雨の前に　屋根を設置することにしました。

at first, I will reinforce the ceiling framework to install the roof.

まずは　屋根を設置するので　天井の骨組み補強。

the strength of frame  may be insufficient ,becuse  saved material costs.

材料費　けちったので　骨組み強度不足かも？！・・・

and then ,I installed a waving shape plastics board on a framework.

んで、波形のボードを貼っていく。

色々調べたら　傘付きビスは　凸凹の凸のところに４山ごとに打っていくらしい・・・

Since I do not have a e-power tool, I will squeeze all the screws with my own arms・・・

As a result my arms hurt and I'm about to cry・・・・

電動工具　一切もってないので　全部　人力でビス占めていく

４山ごとにビス打つと　７０個くらいしめなきゃ・・・

腕 痛くて　ツライ・・・(泣

日が暮れてきたので　今日はここまで。

ビス全部打つていないので　安全のため紐で仮留め。

I put lighting of candles in the tiny house under construction,
With this, I'm able to also progress making the tiny house at night.

 

 

ちょっと　小屋に照明設置しました！

１００円ショップで買ってきた　観葉植物入れる用の鉄格子と

ロウソクのガラス台を組み合わせたものです。

 

ってことで　製作費２００円。

このままではデザイン性に乏しいので　周りに和紙を貼って

趣のある感じにしようと思ってます。

Today,I will place a plastic board on the wall of the tiny house .

 

今日は　壁に透明なプラシチックの板を張る！の巻　です。

After attaching the frame to the pillar, I slided the plastic board and set it in frame.

In the summer, the plastic board can be removed.

It took longer than I expected.

 

小屋の柱に窓枠のようなフレームを取り付け　そこにプラシチック板を上から

差し込んでいきます。

夏になったら　風通し　翌スルために取り外すことも可能です！

いやいや　意外と時間掛かった・・・

Today’s topic is that I painted the color of the floorboards.

 

 

Before painting the floorboards,

I put up protective tapes on walls and pillars  to avoid coloring to it.

 

 

今回は　床　色塗る！　の巻きです。

色塗る前に　外壁　柱に　床色つかないように　マスキング　テープ貼ってと。 

Because walls and pillars are black,
 I decided to make it a bright color
and I chose to paint with bright silver color

 

どんな色に　しよかと思ったけど　外壁が黒だから　明るめの色がいいかな　ってことで

シルバーに　しました！

ホームセンターで　サンプル見たら　良さ気だったからね！！

And when I paint it with silver・・・・

It did not look like a silver color at all・・・

It looks like the rotten color of the tree.

I seem to have made a mistake in selection.

 

Next I will make a window frame.

なんか　木　新品なのに　なんか腐った色に　なっちゃった・・・

これは　失敗。

Today I will write  thing about when I laid the  floor board of tiny house.

 

 

忘れたころに　やってくる　パーゴラ作るよ！　企画。

今回は

床板張る！　　の巻きです。

 

 

These are  materials to be made into a floorboard.

 

ホームセンターで　１×４の資材　１６本買って

軽トラ借りて（無料）　とりあえずドーンと置いときます。

I laid the floorboards in order from far side.

It took 1 hour to laid  3 flooring boards as I have no E-power tool.

after that,
I was disgusted to think about laying 13 frooingr plates.

 

 

で、　奥の方から張っていきます。

外壁が(平面が）微妙に歪んでるから　床板は　一枚一枚　長さ調材しなければ　ならないんです。

しかも　電動工具　一切持ってないから　ちまちまと鋸引いて・・・・

 

思ってたより　時間掛かる・・・・

たった３枚張るのに　１時間かかった・・・・

 

１６枚張ること考えると　うっつへ(泣）って感じ。

　I adjusted the tip of the floor plate to the shape of the pillar and then laid it.

 

 

写真　右壁面の柱がでっぱてるので　その形状に合わせて　床板を調材して　張っていきます。

これまた　思ったより時間掛かって・・

It took longer than I expected and Time of sunset approached,

so I thought that I had to hurry.

 

日が傾いてきたよ・・・

日没タイム　リミット迫る。

 

ペースを　上げたくても　

電動工具ないから　ネジも釘も　鋸も　腕力頼みなので

腕パンパンを　通り越して　痙攣し始めた(驚）

日没ぎりぎりで　今日のミッション　コンプリード！

床板の枚数も　事前の計算通り　ぴったり１６枚で収まりました。

I'm going to build a tiny house!  vol ７

 

As it was so hot during this summer ,I was pausing building a tiny house,

but I restarted tiny house making  from Today .

 

忘れたころに　やってくる　パーゴラ作るよ‼企画。

暑かったので　しばらく　小屋作り　休止してたけど

再開し始めました！

Today I builded the foundation of the  floor.

 

it was tough to build it  as the space was so tight,

so I made a small unit and joined it together.

I am going to lay the floorboard next week.

 

 

 

床の基礎作り。

レンガ敷きに　しよかと思ってたけど　お金かかりそうなので

木で作ります！

 

外壁作った後　床の基礎作るの　中狭いので大変・・・・

長い板を　外壁の中で(狭くて）組めないので

写真一番上のような　小さなユニットを作って　つなぎ合わせます。

 

来週　床板張るぞ！　　たぶん・・・

椅子 作ってみよ！

小屋制作中だけど

その廃材で　椅子つくってみたよ！！

椅子の側面　つくってるので　左右　対になるように反対向きに

作らなきゃ　なのに　同じ向きの作っちゃいました・・・・

 

って　ことで　やり直し・・・

設計図とか略図とか　書いてないので　こんなもんです。

It is finished.

The cost is ￥0  as I  used waste materials for tiny-house.

 

出来上がり！

なんか　ゴッツイけど。。。

デザイン性ゼロ・・・・

さー　色塗ろっと。

 

費用は　廃材つかったので　　０円です。
