小屋を建て替えるために解体してるんだけど

その廃材でテーブル作るよ！

I'm going to make a table using scrap wood from the dismantled hut!

黒色は小屋に塗ってあったものを　そのまま使ったので

新たに塗装は　してないです。

ボルトもリサイクル！

って　事で　0円でできました！

 

インパクトレンチは中国製の激安なものなので

トルクが足りなくて　最後の増し締めは　手で絞めなければならない・・という。

 

全部　目分量で材木　切ってるので　長さが不揃いなのは　ご愛敬。

 

 

冬休みの工作

　　　　　　　　　　　　暇なので　DVD＆テレビ台作りました！

 

　　　　　　　　　　　　電動ドライバーをＴポントで買ったんです。

　　　　　　　　　　　　一番安い3000円くらいの買ったら

　　　　　　　　　　　　説明書が全部中国語で書いてあって　充電の仕方解らのうて　半泣き・・

                                  ネットでは商品説明日本語で書いてあったのにな・・

 

　　　　　　　　　　　　youtubeで工具に記されてた　メーカー名と型番号で検索したら

　　　　　　　　　　　　充電の仕方解ったよ！（動画は中国語だったけどね）

　　　　　　　　　　　　でもパワーが足りなくて　最後は手で絞めなければならない　という。

　　　　　　　　　

　　　　　　　　　　　　安物買いの銭失いの典型。。

【　I'm gong to build tiny house !  vol.18】

A week ago, I made a hut door window.

一週間くらい前だけど　小屋のドアの窓部分を作ったです。

窓枠の接合部を凹状に　彫刻刀で彫っていきます。

ダイソーの100円彫刻刀で　ちゃんと彫れます！

 

図面書かないで　頭の中で組み合わせイメージしながら　接手彫ったので　

向きが反対になってたら　どーしよう　思ったけど・・・・

ちゃんと　組めました！

 

接合部　若干　隙間開いたけど・・

鋸も100円ダイソーで　刃が厚かったので　こんなもんでしょう。。

I cbined window frame parts

I colored the window frame with green

着色！

　I fited the  window frame  into the door.

　窓枠を　ドアに設置！

  そんな　こんなで　窓枠完成です！

たった　これだけの作業だけど　電動工具　一切使ってないから　

5時間以上かかったです。

 

んで　　　この次の日　巨大台風が　来たんだけど・・・・

それは　次回！

 

 

夏休みの工作

【　I'm going to make a table for the  my hut!　】

I started making tables from midnight while lit candles in the hut.

I was scared because it was my first time to come to the hut at midnight.

 

小屋で使う折り畳み式のテーブル作るよ！

午前３時から　ロウソクを灯しながら　製作開始。

 

こんな深夜に　小屋に来るの初めてだから　心細い・・・

てか　何か出そうで怖い・・・丑三つ時だしな・・

ドアに虫が　コツンと、ぶつかった時は　　「うあああああああーーー」ってなった。

Material cost is 300 yen(2.9 USD)

材料費は　だいたい300円くらい！　ダイソーで使えそうなパーツ買ってきた。

The table was almost completed by dawn.

夜明けまでに　だいたい出来た。。

I put a wood grain film and it finished.

天板に木目調のシート張って完成です！

木目調のシートもダイソーで買った100円の物です。

椅子に対して　程よい高さになりました！

The table can be folded.

テーブルは折り畳み可能です！

I painted the door of my tiny house with  brown last time, but I felt that it didn't match the tinyhouse, so I painted it with green in this time.

 

前回　余ったペンキで　ドアを薄茶色に塗ったんだけど

小屋にマッチしない感じだったので　塗り替えました！

フイールド　グリーンなるペンキで塗りました！

ちょっと暗すごたかな・・

おしゃれなカフェ風の緑にしようと思ったんだけど、

Before the rainy season, I resumed cabin construction.

I made a door of tiny house in this time.

 

小屋作り企画、なんと半年ぶりに再開・・・

寒い時期と暑い時期は作らないので　なかなか完成に至りません。

今まで小屋の入り口が簾を掛けただけだったので、今回はドアを作り始めました！

電動工具　一切持ってなくて　人力で鋸引いて、ネジ締めたら　握力無くなりました・・・

そんな　こんなで　　今回は　ここまで。

ドアの色は　紺か緑に塗り治そうと思います。

This post is the continuation of the last time.

I paint  the window frame with green color.

前回の　小屋の窓製作の続き。

枠が出来たので　色塗。。

I seted a transparent plastic plate on the window frame.

窓枠に透明プラスチック板をはめ込んで　っと

I install the window in the tiny house.

 It was togh to  set the window  as the frame of window was a little big.

窓　組み込み！

窓枠　ちょっと大きかったので　取り付けるの苦労した・・

干渉する所をナイフで削って　なんとか入たけど、

右の窓　裏表反対に付けちゃって　隙間開いちゃったよ・・

It was completed！

Next is going to make the door of the my tiny house.

Today ,I am planning to make a window of a my tiny house under construction.

今日は　”製作中の小屋の窓を作る！”　の巻です。

材料を買ってきてっと・・

I  carved the groove for combining the window frame.

窓枠を組み合わせるための溝掘って　っと。

ノミが大きすぎたので　ダイソーの１００円彫刻刀で頑張って彫りました！

I temporarily seted window frame on the wall of the tiny house　to check the size.

サイズ確認の為に　仮組。

仮組の時は　ほぼピッタリだったんだけど・・・

【I'm going to build a tiny house! vol.13　】

As it was so hot during this summer ,I was pausing building a tiny house,

but I restarted tiny house making  from Today .

Today I am going to make the interior wall of the tiny house.

 

涼しくなってきたので　小屋作り再開！

暑い時と　畑スペース忙しい時は　小屋やらないので　さっぱり進まない・・

The board for the inner wall uses the remaining part after sawing.

内壁の板は　ホームセンターで端材を買ってきたものです。

袋に入れ放題で２００円！でした。

ちなみに　檜らしい。。

夏休みの工作 ２

I am going to make a chair to use in the tiny house during summer break！　vol.2

前回の投稿では　椅子の骨組みまで作ったところで終わったけど

その続きです！（前回の投稿は　ブログ内カテゴリー　”達人への道”にあります）

I made a skeleton of the chair, so I colored it.

I regretted that I should have used a darker color・・・

 

椅子の骨組みが出来たので　色塗り開始。

もうちょっと　濃い色にすれば　よかった・・

I laid cloth on the colored framework.

The tensioned cloth can be removed from the chair so that it can be washed.

 

んで　布問屋で買ってきた２ｍ四方３００円の布を加工して　骨組みに張ってゆく。。

布の部分は　洗えるように取外し可能です。

あ、　一応　簡単な裁縫もできるんです！

The angle of the chair can be changed！

It was completed.

椅子はリクライニングできるように作りました！

ってことで　これにて完成。。
