DAKAR 2011 - TEASER VIDEO

2011年のダカールラリーが近づいてきました。
今回も南アメリカ（アルゼンチン‐チリ）を舞台です。
４５０ｃｃのマシンで争われる事になるので、ヤマハやホンダも上位進出が狙える。

メーカー別出場台数は、KTMが62台でトップだが、ヤマハが43台、ホンダが33台と増えてきた。
それに続くのは、アプリリア13台、BMW9台、Beta8台・・となっている。

MotoGPシーズンオフの最大の楽しみです。

ウィライローの経過

あまり書きたくない内容だったので、今までスルーしていました。

ラタパー・ウィライローが大きな事故に見舞われた件、明るい兆しが見えたという事で情報を上げる事にしました。

先週、癌で無くなったお父様の葬儀の為、タイに帰国していたラタパー・ウィライローは、今週月曜日の早朝、事故に巻き込まれた。
友人の運転する２輪車に二人乗りで走行中の輪禍であった。
その友人は亡くなり、ウィライローは頭部及び腕に大きな外傷を負い、病院へ運ばれた時は意識が無い状態だった。
ICUで、懸命の措置が続けられ、意識は戻っているとの事。
今はまだ人工呼吸器が付けらてているが、こちらの呼びかけに応じる事もでき、ボティランゲージで意思を伝えることも出来る。
しばらくは薬物療法で対処し、容体が安定したらリハビリを開始する事が可能になる。

早くも復帰の話をしているサイトもあるようだが、聞こえている治療内容から判断すると早期復帰は難しいかもしれない。
とにかく命の別状が無かったのは幸い。
今後、つらいリハビリが待ち構えているが、強靭なGPライダーの事だから、そう遠くない将来に我々の前に現れてくれるだろう。
