(CNN) shaking which records magnitude (M) 5.1 on the 6th at the North Korea northeast was observed according to Geological Survey in the US (USGS). The spot where shaking was here is near the test site where underground nuclear testing was performed in 2013.
After the report that shaking was observed in North Korea, an urgent meeting was summoned according to the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
North Korea expressed possession of a nuclear weapon in 03 and did a nuclear test in 06, 09 and 13. It's being announced that I succeeded in miniature of a nuclear weapon in May, 15.
I suggested that North Korea was a country in possession of a hydrogen bomb as a remark of the (KIMUJONUN) 1st clerk Kanemasa kindness in December, 15.

（ＣＮＮ） 米地質調査所（ＵＳＧＳ）によれば、北朝鮮北東部で６日、マグニチュード（Ｍ）５．１を記録する揺れが観測された。揺れがあった地点は２０１３年に地下核実験を行った実験場に近い。
韓国外務省によれば、北朝鮮で揺れが観測されたとの報道後、緊急会議が招集された。
北朝鮮は０３年に核兵器の保有を表明し、０６年と０９年、１３年に核実験を行った。１５年５月には核兵器の小型化に成功したと発表している。
また、１５年１２月には、金正恩（キムジョンウン）第１書記の発言として、北朝鮮が水爆の保有国になったことを示唆した。

I added more publishers from this fall and entered service near a performance mostly for the iPhone user. A support system also corresponded to Android, and made the complete one or the strong publisher of a developing country and also burst into global development. Before about 2 weeks, with starting service in India as a start, service at Asia and South America each country, now, indeed it's going to take off.

The service development by glow Ball seems more developed by the fast pace than I thought. Almost all main publisher of NYTimes, BuzzFeed and Washinton Post made a contract at USA, and famous 13 publishers also covenanted Daily Telegraph, Independent, Sun, Daily Mail simultaneously following BBC and Guardian in the United Kingdom. Actually, I have come to come across an article corresponding to IA where a strong publisher in America and England contributed writer's newsfeed to a face book before these about 2 weeks. Some of a major publisher of the developing country which thought I started later are sending an article corresponding to IA to be more marvellous already. A snapshot of the news account case found in this 1 week is inserted in figure 2, figure 3 and figure 4. I have also begun to cooperate with a local strong publisher and run already at each country in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand including India at Asia, not only an advanced country. Like even a part publisher's in South America where it was announced that I began, unannounced Australia and New Zealand area going off half-cocked near, an article corresponding to IA is being sent already.

　 世界のパブリッシャーが、フェイスブックの手のひらの上で踊らされてしまうのでは・・・。世界の有力なニュースメディアがこぞって、フェイスブックのモバイル端末対応のニュース配信サービス「インスタント・アーティクルズ（Instant　Articles)」に参加し始めたからだ。

図1　世界の有力パブリッシャーが雪崩現象のように、フェイスブックの新しいニュース配信サービス「Instant　Articles」と提携している。すでに350以上のパブリッシャーが契約している。ただし日本のパブリッシャー名が見当たらず、いまのところ蚊帳の外に。

　フェイスブックは今年5月から、NYTimesやBBCなど選りすぐりの欧米ニュースメディアと提携して、インスタント・アーティクルズ（IA)の実験サービスを開始していた。そして今秋からは、より多くのパブリッシャーを加えて、iPhone ユーザーに向けてほぼ本番に近いサービスに入った。さらに、Androidにも対応してサポート体制が整ってきたのか、新興国の有力パブリッシャーとも組み、グローバル展開にも突入した。2週間ほど前にインドでのサービス開始を皮切りに、アジアや南米各国でのサービスが今まさに離陸しようとしている。

　そのグローバルでのサービス展開は、思っていた以上に速いペースで進んでいるようだ。米国ではNYTimesやBuzzFeed、Washinton Postなどの主要パブリッシャーがほとんど契約し、英国でもBBCやGuardianに続いて Daily Telegraph, Independent, Sun, Daily Mail など著名な13パブリッシャーが一斉に契約した。実際に、筆者のニュースフィードでもこの2週間くらい前から、米英の有力パブリッシャーがフェイスブックに投稿したIA対応の記事を見かけるようになってきた。さらに驚くことに、後発と思っていた新興国の大手パブリッシャーの幾つかは、IA対応の記事をすでに発信しているのだ。この1週間で見つけたニュース記事例のスナップショットを、図2、図3、図4に掲げておく。先進国だけではなくてアジアでも、インドをはじめ、インドネシア、マレーシア、フィリピン、シンガポール、タイなどの各国で、地元の有力パブリッシャーと提携してすでに走り出しているのだ。さらに、近く開始すると発表した南米や、未発表のオーストラリアやニュージーランド地域の一部パブリッシャーまでも、見切り発車のようにIA対応の記事をすでに発信しているのである。

学者、弁護士、俳優…野党共闘に「最強応援団」凄い顔ぶれ

　異例の正月国会が幕開けした。今年の政局の焦点は何と言っても夏の参院選を野党がどう戦うのかだが、それは、４日の小沢一郎生活の党代表の記者会見でのこの発言に集約されている。
「（野党が）現状のままなら、自公３分の２議席獲得は現実的にありうる」

　野党共闘はカメののろさではあるが、この日、民主と維新が衆院で統一会派を組んだ。民主の岡田克也代表は「安倍政治の暴走を許すようなことがあれば政権交代可能な政治は遠のいてしまう」と意気込み、維新の松野頼久代表は「春先には新党を結成して、参院選で必ず勝ち抜く」と決意表明した。共産党はこれまでの方針を転換し、天皇が臨席する開会式に出席した。安倍狂乱政治を前に、四の五の言っている状況じゃないのは、どの野党も頭では分かっているはずだ。

　そんな野党を後押しする強力な応援団もできる。樋口陽一東大名誉教授や小林節慶大名誉教授らを中心に、今月１９日、「民間『立憲』臨調」が発足する。昨夏の「安保法反対」で活動した知識人や弁護士などが再び立ち上がり、「憲法の危機」に対し、真の国民主権を取り戻すために定期的に情報発信をしていく予定だという。


　賛同者は１８０人。長谷部恭男早大教授、水島朝穂早大教授、中野晃一上智大教授ら学者。元スイス大使の村田光平、元経産官僚の古賀茂明、女性弁護士の草分けの角田由紀子、俳優の宝田明、音楽評論家の湯川れい子、作曲家の三枝成彰、シールズの奥田愛基ら各氏の錚々たる顔ぶれだ。

　政治ジャーナリストの鈴木哲夫氏がこう言う。

「通常は受け身の有権者側が、ここまで能動的に野党を応援する。野党にとってこんな恵まれた話はありません。それもここまで野党がグズグズしていたら、有権者が諦めてしまいそうなものなのに諦めない。学者や学生や弁護士ら利益団体ではない人たちがこれだけ声を上げているのに野党が共闘できなければ、今後、政治は完全に国民から見放されてしまうでしょう。小異を捨てて大同に就くしかありません」

　ネックは一番グズグズしている民主党だが……。

「岡田代表は一気にエイヤーではなく、地域ごとに話をしながら手順を踏んでいる。岡田代表の頭の中に、解党して新党という選択肢はあると思います」（鈴木哲夫氏）

　強力応援団が野党の尻に火をつけることになる。
