This book is one of the Xmas presents that my friend gave me. Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani girl who was assailed by Taliban terrorists in 2012. She was only 15 years old when 3 bullets injured her head and neck.
Tehrik-i-Taliban pakistan issured an official statement on shooting her because her action promotes Pakistan's westernization. And it's harmful to their militarism. Her father founded and operated some schools despite the threat of terrorists, people had no way to educate or support their children in Pakistan.
Women's opportunities are totally limited due to situation where they live, where they were born. Between Western and Eastern Asia, there is a huge gap. Education is the best equalizer, people have the basic system and tools to live by education. She needs to focus on that.
