カンボジア旅行まであと約2週間。

ホテルと飛行機は確保した。

飛行機は名古屋～シェムリアップ（バンコク経由）を往復で取った。

すでにeチケットも印刷済み。

ホテルもすでにをネットで予約。

3泊朝食付きのツイン部屋で13000円程。（1泊約4500円）

バウチャーには「one way pick up が free」とあったので

今日、メールを送っておいた。

文面は

ネパール料理『マチャプチャレ』

2009年にカトマンズを旅行した。

その時に食べたネパール料理の「ダルバート」が忘れられない。

大皿の真ん中にご飯を盛って

その周りにカレーやスープ、惣菜などを置いたもの。

米はパサパサのインディカ米だが

カレーや惣菜と混ぜて美味しくいただけた。

熱田神宮のすぐ近くの路地にあるネパール料理店に行った。

名前は「マチャプチャレ」。 

ネパール人が作る料理が評判の店だ。

ダルバートランチを注文したが

庶民的なネパリ感があり、現地で食べた味に近かった。
