【How to make low calorie cake】
It's easy, so you can remember it immediately.

<Ingredient>
┌ 2 eggs
├ 100 g of sugar
├ Water 80 g
├ coconut oil 30 g
├ 180 g of flour
└ Baking powder 4

<Recipe>

①Crack two eggs into the ball and set the electronic scale to "0".
※When cracking the shell of eggs, if you keep yolk shape, it's easy to take out when a piece of shell enters.

②Add sugar to the ball until it reaches 100 g.

③Stir ② with whisk. Roughly it's okay.

④Place the ball of ③ on electronic scale and set "0". Pour water to 80 g there and stir it with a whisk. Roughly it's okay.

⑤Melt coconut oil in a heat resistant container with a microwave oven.

⑥While heating coconut oil in a microwave oven, sift 180 g of flour, but don't sift it at once, but gradually sift it to 180 g. Before finishing sifting, add 4 g of baking powder and sift it together.

*As shown in the picture, set the ball and the strainer to zero together, sift the wheat flour into several times and put it up to 180 g.



⑦Mix ④⑤⑥ well by beater.

⑧Put it into the cake machine using spatula, press the "cake" button, the baked color "pale" button and press the start button.
