この駐車場を管理している方はご年配の方でしょーか。時代とかモノとかは変わっても、変わらない心掛けがあるところっていいなーと思ってしまいます。
このお正月用の飾りは、やはり事故の無いように、という願い事にも通じているのかな、なんて想像してみたり。

何はともあれ何とか無事に過ごせた一年に感謝し、さあっと気持ちを切り替えて新たな年を迎えました(ね？)。
今年もガンバルゾ～。

I guess that the manager of the parking might be an old person. They like decorations for new year more than young people.
Those ones have some meanings.
I think, it would have a meaning of no accidents in the park.

Anyway, the last year was not good to me but I could survive. I thanked it about that.
I changed my mind to the new year, I will do my best---.
