Auckland City FC in FIFA Club World Cup

Hi, mates.

Hey, Did you watch the opening game in Club World Cup last night, Auckland City FC vs Kashiwa Reysol. Of course I slid into a neighbor bar to watch it.
This game was actually kind of unfair game as Auckland City was only one club that wasn't a proper professional club in this competition, but the funny thing was that they were also a genuine Oceanian representative.

Auckland City is actually a Semi-Pro club from Auckland, NZ and the league they play in the season is also amateur. That's why most of the players in Auckland FC have had a regular work during daytime and after that they normally head off a training session as a team.

Surprisingly, some of the players were my teammates at my previous club that I had been playing until this August in winter season here, and Auckland FC has been organised by the players I took on in the season. So I had a bit strange feeling and was also a bit envious of them while I was watching on TV because I was not actually on the pitch in spite of they were there with suck a great experience and atmosphere with a huge professional stadium in Nagoya, Japan.

However, the result of the game was not that profitable for NZ side, but the content totally surprised me as I was expecting the score would be more different like 4-0, 5-1 etc.. And the second half was absolutely taken the pace by Auckland FC. As the time went by, The City gradually dominated the pace of the game and gave a crossfire of the shooting to the J-league champion.
Unfortunately they couldn't hit the ball into the goal to the end, but I think they put up a great battle.

Personally, I got some confidence and courage out of the game.

　昨日、柏レイソル（Jリーグ王者）とオークランドシティFC（オセアニア王者）の試合が行われた。オークランドシティは今自分が住んでる町をホームタウンにしているチームで、クラブ自体はアマチュア。プロ契約の選手もいるけど、ほとんどは仕事を他に持ちながら仕事終わりに夜週３回ほど練習して週末試合というようなクラブ。

　そして、このクラブには自分が今年８月までプレーしていたチームメートが２人いる。同じリーグでやってた選手がしかもほとんどを占めるチーム。そんな選手が今遠く日本のでっかいスタジアムでJリーグ王者と対戦してる現実。すごい違和感を感じながら家の近くのスポーツバーで見てました。

　レイソルは見ててコンディション悪そうやったなぁ・・・。笑　簡単なパスミスが多かったし、オークランドにあれだけ後半は攻められてたのは驚き。逆にオークランドはセミプロなのにあれだけ走れてたのが驚きやった。笑　
　
　この前まで同じリーグでやってた彼らが出ているのを見てすごく刺激になり、曲がりなりにも善戦してたのを見てすごく「自信」というか「勇気」みたいなモンが湧いてきた。

　良い試合といえるほどのレベルではなかったかもしれないけど、見て感じるモノが自分にとってはすごく多かった気がします。
　そしてもちろんレイソルにはもっと上まで言って欲しいですね。

I'm still in NZ now. Actually I've kept in touch with an agent from India, so I could be in India next time I'll make an entry on this blog.
By the way, I played a game in a huge competition here that is called Ethnic Cup which organized as a summer league takes on among all communities exist in Auckland. As a matter of course, I played for the Japanese community this time against Ukraine.

Personally, a 90mins game helps me a lot to keep my condition for a trial in India, so it's really profitable for me.
Unfortunately, the pitch was awful due to a heavy shower. However I found out what to express more myself on the pitch, and also came to grips with some new challenges which have to modify.

All in all, I need to score more goals because I have to contribute a team in India in visible way. That means to let the team win no matter what situation I am in.

I need a better personal result in next match!!!

　まだNZです。昨日、こっちでサッカーの大きな大会が行われているのですが、それに参加してきました。自分としては、今挑戦しているポジションで９０分出れたのはコンディションの面でかなり助かってます。
　
　雨でピッチが良くなったのもあるけど、課題はやっぱり多い。そのポジションってのはトップ下とフォワード。しっかり中盤やDFラインからの縦のクサビを受けて次につなげるか、後はゴール！！
　まぁ練習あるのみやね。

　ちなみに相手はあんまりやったけど５－０で勝ちました。

　毎週試合があるので、嬉しいですね。来週は結構強いみたいなんで、しっかり点取ります！！


　

Wellington Phoenix at Eden Park

Hi,guys.

Today I went to support Wellington Phoenix in Australia pro-league at Eden park which is the biggest park in NZ. Phoenix is the only one team has formally joined in A-league from NZ. They played at Eden Park for the first time today, apparently.

I thought the speed of the game is way slower than other national leagues I usually watch such as J-league. They were less speed but more physical,powerful and plucky at contact. As if they have little fear of the risk of injuries. During the game I was thinking of if a A-league team takes on a J-league team, who is going to win... I just wonder if physical can overcome technical.

On the other hand, I caught some players blew easy plays and lost a ball easily in a high pressure area of the field, but I knew after this game they may well make such easy mistakes as the both teams in this game now have been in the lower table.
And they also have been facing with a financial crisis as a team. According to a newspaper, Phoenix didn't secure the good enough numbers in their squads due to beyond their budget.

Most of the leagues in the world has struggled with the same problem. It's bad news for footballers!!!






　

　今日はＡリーグ（オーストラリアプロリーグ）の試合観戦へ。

　ＮＺからも１チームだけこのＡリーグに加盟しているチームがある。それがウェリントンフェニックスというチームで、今日はオークランドで試合があったので見てきました。
　印象はまず、フィジカル前面のサッカー。笑　対戦チームもフェニックスも今年は低迷してるみたいやから仕方ないかもやけど、球際はやっぱりこっちのサッカーらしくガシャガシャやってました。ゲームスピード（攻守の切り替え）はやっぱりＪリーグよりもかなり遅いけど、いざ試合をしたらどういう展開になるのかなぁなんて考えながらみてました。

　結構簡単なミスやボールを失ったりもしてたし、なんとなく下位チーム同士ってのが伺えた。あとはどこのチームも財政的に苦しいみたいで、ロクに選手と契約できてない状況だって新聞で書いてたなぁ・・。

　けど、実際みてみて思うところもたくさんあったし、次のチャレンジに向けてテンション上げていきます！！

Last game of the season.

Hi, boys!!

How have u been??

We had the last game of the season on last Saturday with a no-sweat game 6-1 over Forrest Hill who is the second bottom of the table. And our top scorer Colin Gardyne finished the 2011 season in fine style with four goals in the win clinching the Men’s Premier League Golden Boot award.

Though, I wanted to get the title seriously...

But we've just finished the season on the top of the table!! And also I had been playing in a seamless season since I landed NZ last November including last Christmas, year-end, New year and Obon - Around mid-August, but there isn't Obon here anyway..

So... A vacation is what I want at most now!! Anyway I just want to get some rest for my mental and physical damages from various things. Then, I'm going to head for a new challenge that is going to be in this December. Before then, I'll face to my injury(groin) and find out how will I look after it to fully recover.

Guys!! I'm looking forward seeing u here and hanging out some crazy worlds!!

　シーズン最終戦は６－１！！うちの得点王争いしてる選手が見事に４得点でうまく帳尻を合わせて得点王。

　最後は気分良く終われたのではないでしょうかね。

　いやぁしかし、ＮＺに来てから約９か月。ほぼ休み無くサッカーしてた。クリスマスも年末も、お盆も（ってこっちは無いけど）。そして怪我と常ににらめっこしながらサッカーやってた気がする・・・。ほんま怪我って嫌！キライ！！！ほんまに日常の生活まで暗くなってまうわ！ふぅ・・。

　ちょっと一息つきます。お休みします。

　そして年末、新たなチャレンジをします。次はどこへ向かうのか、はたまた・・。

　それは年末のお楽しみということで、まずは怪我と向き合って、じっくり治していきたいですね。しかし、なかなか日本に帰れないな、こら。まぁ、仕方ないか。。

Chatham Cup Semi-final n Round 18 vs Hamilton W/drs

Hi, mates.

We conldn't continued our dream run to win another big title over the country with a 1-0 loss win over Bay Olympic in Auckland. We were home, but we couldn't take the advantage at all.

The week after the semi- final, The team traveled to Hamilton to play Hamilton Wanderers last Saturday, in the 2nd to last game of the NRFL competition. However we got a pounding from home-side with 2-5 embarrassing loss as remained deep in the shock of the game of the last week.

Our last game of the NRFL competition is set against Forrest Hill / Milford at Beecroft Park, Forrest Hill on Saturday the 3rd of September.

　試合更新ができていませんでした。リーグは優勝を果たし、残りはカップ戦を制すのみだったんですが、準決勝で首都にあるチームに敗れてしまいました。
　相手は飛行機でうちのホームにやってきての試合、ホームという大きな優位性を生かせずに０－１で惜敗。

　そしてその翌週のリーグ戦の消化試合もあり、みな緊張の糸が切れてしまったのか、２－５で大敗を喫しました。

　残りはリーグもあと１試合。そしてシーズンは終了。

　自分も次のステップに向けて動き出します。その前にまずは股関節を完全に治さないと。

Round 17 vs Waitakere City FC

Hi, We had a game of the league today. As you know, we've won the league. Understandably, Nothing feels like any pressure ourselves which means it's hard for us to focus on rest of the games of the season. We managed to keep motivation to play cuz a big game is coming up next weekend which is semi- final of Cup title.

It's a hugely important game for us cuz our final goal set before season goes is to win those titles through the season.
We knew it would be a hard task for us, but we're still chasing the goal in the end of the season.

That's the reason we could keep our eye on this game to win and controled our mindset thanks to our coach's some words before game and in the halftime. I think the coach is a great motivator of players, so we have so much team meeting during training and afterward sometimes. I sick of it actually, but it's hugely necessary to become a better team, and most of his words in the meeting are really effective for us. That's the reason we can keep focusing on every games we play.

Next weekend is a must win game for the second title of the season!!

MUST WIN!!!!!





　今日も試合でした。

　先週リーグ優勝して、直後の試合。気が抜けて勝ちきれない試合になるかと思いきや、そこはうちの監督も承知済み。
　うちの監督は本当にミーティングをよくする監督やけど、その一つ一つに意味があって、最後には選手のモチベーションをコントロールして終わる。そこがうまいなぁといつも思う。
　この試合でも、試合前、ハーフタイムでの「渇」の入れ方などで十分に選手は奮い立たされて試合に望めた。結果は３－２。

　しっかり勝ちました。笑

　これで来週のカップ戦準決勝に弾みがつきました。さぁ来週は本当に大きな試合！！

　目指せニュージーランドＮＯ１クラブ！！

We are the Champion!! Round 16 vs Three Kings Utd

WE ARE THE CHAMPION!! WE WON THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!!

Bofore today's top of the table clash, Bay Olympic(our team) were 7 points clear at the top of the table and a win would put them beyond reach of the other teams, with 3 games remaining.
If we had lost today, I think too much pressure would have put on our shoulders and it would be way tougher to win the league title.

However...

We seized the biggest match in this season and grabbed a trophy high for the sky just after the victory. Personally, I didn't exactly know about this team before first joined their team training. I didn't even know who was the best team last season, where did we come in the table last season and I couldn't expect how strong we were through the pre-season.

As my coach said, we have never reached the league title since 2006, so I might have been a lucky man cuz I met up and play with many good players by chance and we made a big success!!
I myself couldn't commit all games of the season due to a long-term injury that I had to spoil more than half of the season at outside bench. But I think I was still lucky.
Now, I'm just simply happy with the result we walked through so far.

And we have to switch on again to get another title, which is the Cup coming through the semi-final in two weeks.







　
　優勝！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

　今日の試合、２位との直接対決で試合前の勝ち点差は「７」。残り試合はこの試合を含めて４試合。負ければ残り試合３で勝ち点差は「４」に縮まるところで余計にプレッシャーがかかっていたかもしれない。

　しかし！！！

　きっちり４－２で勝利し、結構すんなり優勝を決めました。しかも残り３試合も残して。自分自身このチームに入ったときは、全くこのチームのことも知らず、リーグ内でどこのチームが優勝候補なのかも知りませんでした。しかもこのチームは２００６年を最後に低迷していたようで、今年久々の王者奪還。偶然入ったチームに、偶然良い選手が今年集まって優勝。自分は怪我でこれまでのほとんどのシーズンを棒に降り、なかなか貢献できないもどかしさの中ではあったけど、それでも監督やチームメートに恵まれたからの優勝だと思う。
　ツキがあるのかないのかわからんシーズンやったけど、自分の選手生活では初めての大きな優勝というタイトルを取れた。それは素直に喜びたいです。
　
　次はＮＺの一番強いチームを決めるカップ戦！！リーグとの２冠で有終の美を飾りたいですね。

　コンディションも上がってきてるし、最後まで走り続けますよ！！！

Chatham Cup Quarter Final

Hello,

We first took on a team of South island in the Cup quarter final, and we beated them 5-3 on penalty, which was 3-3 draw in full time. I felt like skating(playing) on thin ice, which means that was really difficult condition for us to play cuz it was not a home game for us, so we have to travel down to the site in Dunedin that need to fly for a hour to get there on the day before game.
That's why this was a really invaluable victory as a team obviuosly.

Anyway, there are still two games left to win the CUP, so we need to make a deliberate preparation and maintain the level(performance) we made in today's game at least for next two games.

　今週はカップ戦の準々決勝！！そして見事延長まで３－３のＰＫで勝利！！

　自分はまだまだ本調子には遠く、万全ではないので今回は帯同しませんでした。残念やけど、仕方ないね。これで次は準決勝にいけるわけやし、ＮＺの冬の王者まであと２勝！！！そしてリーグもあと４試合。

　今シーズンは怪我ばっかやけど、最後の最後に貢献できるようにやっていくだけ！

Round 15 vs Metro FC

Hi,

We took on the team who was the bottom of the league so far. That's why we definitely needed to win this game and secured massive 3 points. The result was 5-0 to us at all, but I can't say it was a good game for us cuz we produced so many chances to score goals and we could have killed the game off by halftime, but we couldn't make it. We ended up making two substitute from the bench who was suppose to save their energy for the next game, who was me.
I went on the pitch as a left defender in 60mins, but I actually didn't expect that the coach put me on the position cuz I've never played there in my life including all training sessions I've ever had. That was such a big surprise when I heard that. I was of course nervous until I took a first touch on the ball. After that, I could control myself and played well as usual like a training.
Anyway, today's game was a first step to get back my shape, and the next week, another big game's coming right now.

I just do my job given by coach for the team and win the titles!!

　今日は最下位のチームとの試合。絶対に優勝へ向けて勝ち点「３」が必要な試合で、５－０で快勝！！むしろこっちが外しすぎて内容は全然良くなかったけどね。笑
　自分自身も、久しぶりに１軍の試合に復帰。約２か月と過去最高の離脱やったけどなんとかここまでこぎ着けた。後半の１０分くらいになんと左サイドバックとして出場したけど、過去人生で一度もないポジションにいきなり入れられたよ。笑　けど、もうどこのポジションでもやれる力は付いてるし、最初のボールタッチが無難にこなせたことでスッと試合に入っていけた。

　膠着状態の中で入ってから、２点チームとして入れれたし、相手のレベルがレベルだけに喜べないけどまぁまずはここからといった感じです。

　しかし対戦チームはほんまにひどかったなぁ・・・。なぜ同じリーグにいるんやろうっていう単純なミスが腐るほどあったし、最初ベンチから見ててもひどいなぁっと。

　あと残りリーグ戦は４試合。来週はカップ戦の準々決勝！

　２冠目指してやってくだけです！！

　

Round 14 vs Melville AFC

Hi, guys.

Last Saturday, it was a really long long day for us cuz we had to travel down to Hamilton which is about 2 hours away from Auckland where we live. We hired a charter bus for the trip and headed for the site to play a game.
I had a very good news that I made an first appearance in the game for reserve side since I had some rest to look after my groin about 2 months ago. But the pitch condition was pretty bad which has too many wet spots and very soft due to heavy rain just before and during the game.
Anyway I could put the first step to fully come-back, so I'm happy with it.

And unfortunately our top squad was defeated by them by scoring 2-0 down. We had a really bad start, which was already scored 3 goals in the first 45mins in spite of we opened up a first goal before three of them, but we were really lucky cuz one sub came on the pitch in the beginning of 2nd half set up the second goal for us with his first touch in the game and he scored an equalizer with his second touch in the game!! That was amazing!!
He was obviously shining outstandingly and dazzle us at that moment. But we ended up losing by being scored in last minute of the game.

I thought I could sleep in silent on the bus on the way back as we lost, but no no no... Everybody was fuck'n crazy cunt!! The bus on the way back was pulled over by a bottle shop and everybody went inside there, and came back with heaps of alcohol stuffs!! Oh my got.. I couldn't believe wthat I saw at that time. You know what was it happening on the bus afterwards, right?? All players on the bus except few players including me became a drunken monkey. Some people was passed out and some threw up into a plastic bag... I felt like being hell...I wanted to get out of the bus asap seriously!!haha

The next time, I'd like to drink as much as I can with them after uphold a winning trophy in August!!

　今回はまぁ長い一日。朝の９時集合で２時間チームのバスで試合会場まで移動。そんでおれは２軍の試合に復帰出場！雨も降りしきる中グラウンドが荒れすぎててどうにもこうにも・・・。まぁけど後半途中まで出してもらってまず第一歩。
　で、トップの試合はまさかの３－４で敗戦。

　前半１－３で負けてる展開から追いついてイケイケムードの中、後半ロスタイムにカウンター一発でさようなら。監督めっさ切れてたし、ロッカールームでモノ投げ飛ばしてた！笑
　そして帰りのバスは暗い雰囲気かなぁとか思ってたらまぁ大変！！帰り道にバスが酒屋に停車。（おいおい汗）みなおもむろに店に入り大量の酒を購入して帰還。Oh my god!!
そこからはもうワルノリ大会！！監督がいきなり「カラオケ大会！！」とか言い出して何歌ったと思います？？まさかの周り白人ばっかの車内で「君が代」を大熱唱！！シラフ状態やったからきつかったけど歌い始めるノリはじめてもうイッタレ！と大声量で歌い上げました！もちろん周りはポカン！その数秒後は大盛り上がりしてくれて内心ホッとした。笑
　あとはもう若いやつが飲まされまくってみんな吐きそうになってた。よく聞く体育会系の新入生歓迎会的な感じ。主にもう２０代も半ばのやつばっかやけど。笑

　いやぁ、おもろかったけどいつ飲まされるかおもてたからはよ帰りたかったわ！！笑

　ほんまに海外生活は色々刺激があっておもしろいね！

Chatham Cup Third round

Hi, my team at cup tournament pulled off another victory in the trid round last weekend. We struggled in the first half which is 1-0 up unless we made so many chances to score, and they attacked us with a sharp counter-attack and endangered the advantage last 15 minutes before half-time. But we could get the nerve back slowly in the second half and we ended up finishing the game off with a safety lead which is 5-0 win.

By the way, I had a good news about my injury. I'll join the team's training session on Tuesday. This will be the first training since I had an absence from it due to the injury. Actually, I'm still not 100% shape now, but I think I'll be able to train lightly and increase the intensity slowly.



　快勝！！

　５－０で無事３回戦も突破！！下のリーグのチームやったから当然と言えば当然。
　
　そしてついに自分も今週から練習に徐々に参加していきます。どこまでできるかまだ未知数で恐い部分もあるけど、痛みが感じない程度で負荷をかけていければと思ってます！！！

Round 13 vs Onehunga sports

Hi,mates!!

We maintained our excellent form with another victory on Sunday.

We opened the scoring after 23 minutes only for Onehunga Sports to reply for the home side mid-way through the second half.
But we restored the visitors'advantage with 19 minutes to go to seal the outcome.
However it was a really tough game to secure 3 points in this game cuz the park of Onehunga sports was so floppy and bumpy, so it made us annoyed to keep the way we normally show on the pitch, which is a possession football.
We always try to keep a ball to dominate the pace of the game and put them on the pressure with the way, but we couldn't live up on our game plan due to the shit pitch.
I thing this victory resulted in our mental toughness. The runners-up is now 8 points behind us in the league 6 games left.
We've had a huge advantage on the title race.

　Round12は選手のカップ戦があったので延期、今回はRound13でした。そして２－１の勝利！！
　今回はアウェイの試合やったけど、まぁピッチが悪い。芝は深いし、所々芝が剥げてて砂を詰め込んで補修してあった。うちはＮＺでは珍しく、パスサッカーを志向してて常にポゼッション力を上げて試合をコントロールしようとするんやけど、いかんせんピッチ状態が悪くて難しかったね。
　先制したけど、後半は防戦一方で同点に。一瞬やられそうな雰囲気になりかけたけど、最後に勝ち越し！これが首位の底力やね。
　残り６試合で、２位との勝ち点は８！！でかいね！！

　つか、はよせなシーズン終わってます・・・。焦りますね。笑

　けど中途半端では戻りたくないので、完治するまで我慢！！！！！

Win bonus and fine. (勝利給と罰金)

Hi, What are you up to now??

Me?? I've just tucked myself into a warm blanket on the bed cuz it's do cold here now!! It freeze me every night cuz the winter has just come now. I need a KOTATSU in my room and I just want to sleep in there!! It feels so nice man!

By the way, let me introduce some funny rules of my team. First, let me say this. We are NOT a professinal club. Of cource some players of the team have got a regular payment from the club which is salary, but it's not all of us.
In addition, we're suppose to get a win bonus after winning a game. This is the all same price for each players. There is no gap between all players, which is a good rule, I think.

However the problm is that we might also get a fine from the team's manager if we make something wrong such as like someone doesn't turn up a training session without call, doesn't turn up on time and doesn't put team wear/ proper training kit on... something like that...
There are still some stupid rules like them. Oh my god...

The funniest thing is the rule bringing something to each game site to avoid a fine. This is what we called 'Item of the week'. On the last training day for the every weekend's game, Coach nominate someone of the players and the player tells rest of players a item which we have to bring it to the game otherwise getting a fine. For example, if someone says 'Iron board', everybody including coaches and stuffs has to find it at home or somewhere else and bring it over a dress room of the game site.

This is a ridiculous but also a funny rule, isn't it??

But to be honest, I didn't even know that there were so many rules like this in the team in the begging, so I've saved a massive fine so far, apparently...
No way.....

This means all my win bonus is automatically turned to fines I have to pay off.
So sad... Don't u think so??




　こんばんわ。こちらはめっきり寒くなってきました。コタツ欲しいなぁ・・・。

　今日はうちのチームのおもしろい制度について。いっておくけどチームは完全プロチームではありません。給料をもらってる選手もいるけど全員ではないのでセミプロチーム。けど試合に勝てば、「勝利給」という名目でボーナスが登録メンバー全員に同じ額が支払われます。

　ただこれはいいとしよう。これはね。

　わけわからんし納得いかんのが、チームに罰金制度があるってこと。遅刻やチームウェア/チームの練習着などもしっかり着てこなければ罰金。さらに毎週「Item of the week」といって毎週試合前の最後の練習時にランダムにアイテムを監督などから１つ指示されます。
　例えば、～ブランドの靴とか、ラグビーボールとか。それら指示されたアイテムを毎週試合会場に持っていかないといけない。でないとこれまた罰金！んなアホなっ！笑
　しかも結構高い！！
　まだまだヘンテコなルールや決まりごとがこのチームに多々ある。こんなん始めて。
最初そんなルール全然知らなかったので自分の罰金がかなり加算されてるらしい。ほんま勘弁です。
　この前なんか「アイロンボード（アイロンするときに下に敷くボード）」がそのアイテムやったんやけど、お前らはここに住んでるから実家帰ったりしたらなんでもあるかもしれんわ、おれはこっちで一人でこっち来たのにそんなもんあるかぃ！って駄々コネてます。笑

　まぁおもろいからいいけどね。　チャンチャン。

Chatham Cup Second round

Hi, bro!! How are you getting on??

We had a game on Cup tournament last weekend which is the 2010 finalists.
We cruised into the last 16 via an 8-0 thumping of Lotto NRFL Division 2 side which is two division below us.
It was a tremendous result for us as we netted a lots of goals and shut them out. Moreover a former All-whites player suppose to join our team as a new player to cement the position of the leader in the league more strongly.
He's also a team captain for Auckland city FC, who is suppose to play in club world cup in December in Japan.
He's a defender apprently, so his initiation will definitely give us some positive things such as competitiveness within the team and more strong confident for the title.

As for myself, I've still struggled a groin pain. What I do every single day is just go to gym and do a lots of exersices living up on a come-back program that the team physio made up for me. It always brought me down and feel dump but I need to do this without any rest.

　先週はリーグ戦ではなく、平行して行われるカップ戦２回戦でした。

　結果はまたも２つ下のリーグのチームとくじ運もよく、８－０で快勝。素晴らしいですね。　
　うちのチームにはワイタケレのキャプテンに今週からオークランドシティのキャプテンも加入してきます。またさらにレギュラー争いが過熱してきそうですね。
　自分はというと、相変わらずよくならない・・・。毎日ジムに通い、与えられたリハビリメニューを数時間かけてこなすという日々。気が滅入りそうになるときもあるけど、楽しんでやれてる所もあったり。確実に体がマッチョマンになってます。笑　今は腹筋も毎日欠かさず５００回はしてるんで、腹筋「カッチカチやぞ！」ってこんなギャグしてる人いましたよね。名前はわからんが・・。

　まぁ今は精神修行のつもりでやってます。よし、明日もやったろかぃ！！
