Tradition swimming of Japan which swims in an armor figure

The weight of the big armor of [Kamakura period is 6 to 7 kanme (22.26 kg).
Kamakura period is 1185～1333AD.
However, this is the weight of a big armor, it puts swords to the waist, carries the apparus and also a quiver (container which puts in and carrie arrows) for a sword on the back, and has a bow.
Thus, when full armaments were carried out, there was [ 10 kanme ] gross weight (37.5 kg).
incidentally, since it was short in stature (General Yositune Minamotono「He's hero in those days」's height is in the middle of 140 cm), even if he has equipped and got used, when the general of a general class fights the form of the Kamakura period by such full equipment, he is more considerable than a man of today -- was it difficult?

[鎌倉時代の大鎧の重量は６～７貫目（２２～２６kg）です。但し、これは大鎧の重量であり、腰刀を腰に差し、太刀を佩く、さらに箙（えびら・矢を入れて携帯する容器）を背負い、弓を持つ。このように完全武装した時の総重量は１０貫目（３７.５kg）ありました。

ちなみに鎌倉時代の体型は現代人より小柄（源義経の身長は１４０ｃｍ半ば）でしたから、大将クラスの武将は装着しなれてはいても、こんな重装備で戦ったら相当しんどかったでしょうね。

On 23 June 2012, I measured radiation at a riverside of ABUKUMA river in Fukushima city of Fukushima prefecture, Japan.
The monitoring point is central area of Fukushima city, near the bridge of national road route 4 across the river, only 200m for Fukushima prefectural government office, and 55km from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power plant.
There are rain water drainage ditchs into ABUKUMA river from "WATARI", a housing area of Fukushima city.
I monitored 0.45 micro Sievert per hour in air at my breast hight of the river water's edge.
15.70 in air at 100cm high near mud of the drainage ditch, 85.03 micro Sievert per hour on the mud. It is said that "WATARI" area is one of the hotest spot of Fukushima city center area.
Measuring instrument is made of Ukraine, ECOTEST MKS-05.
Population of Fukushima city : 290,000.
