It "banishment" [ which aims at decommissioning of nuclear power station ] of Switzerland and electrical air heating Passes, and is /Economie Matin (September 26).
31% of home of all the households is using heating by electricity in France today.
Moreover, electrical air heating is installed in 80% of the new residential housing which started construction work in 2009.
On the other hand, the theory top is proud of popularity also with enthusiastic heat pump (power generator using external air or the heat of surface of the earth) made "environment-friendly."

"It is environment-friendly" is independently worn in the point that heat pump also moves electrically, and it is a talk .The Swiss who are our neighbors on the other hand decided what "a code is cut for" (the meaning of "becoming independent" in French is also included).

The Swiss Confederation Parliament approved the bill which aims at carrying out "banishment" of the heating by electricity within 15 years from the Switzerland inside from now on.
In Switzerland, 250,000 households are using electrical air heating among 3,300,000 households across the country.
The government is going to offer economical support to the household of these from now on, and to urge him to convert the source of electric power of heating.
By the time this determination is actually enforced, it must be further proclaimed as law formally through the deliberations in Parliament from now on.
A final law is attached to the implementation plan for the nuclear abolition as which Switzerland has already determined enforcement.
It is planning changing Switzerland to the water-power generation using the water which will abolish nuclear power generation within 20 years from now on, and is at home abundantly.

原発廃止を目指すスイス、電気暖房の「追放」へ／エコノミー・マタン（9月26日）
今日フランスでは、全世帯のうち31%の家庭が電気による暖房を使用している。又、2009年に着工した新築住宅の80%に電気暖房が設置されている。他方、理論上は「地球に優しい」とされるヒートポンプ（外部の空気や地表の熱を使った発電装置）もまた、熱狂的な人気を誇っている。

「地球に優しい」というのは、ヒートポンプもまた電気で動く、という点を別にすればの話だが。
その一方で、私たちの隣人であるスイス人たちは「コードを切る」（フランス語で「独立する」という意味も含む）ことを決めた。コード、というのは電気コードのことだ。スイス連邦議会は今後15年以内に電気による暖房をスイス国内から「追放」することを目指す法案を可決した。スイスでは全国330万世帯のうち25万世帯が電気暖房を使用している。政府は今後これらの世帯に経済的な支援を行い、暖房の電力源を転換するよう促す予定だ。
今回の決定が実際に施行されるまでには、今後更に国会内の審議を経て正式に法律として公布されなければならない。最終的な法律はスイスが既に実施を決定している原子力廃止のための実施計画に添付される。スイスは今後20年以内に原子力発電を廃止し、国内に豊富にある水を利用した水力発電へと切り替えることを予定している。
