では、万が一に備えて、大飯町の住民の避難経路はどうかというと、わざわざ放射性物質を頭から浴びて、原発銀座の放射性物質のアーケードの下を歩いて逃げろ、という。
大飯原発の周辺自治体には安定ヨウ素剤の配布の準備もなし。
滋賀県が文部科学省に、1年以上前から私たちの血税をふんだんに注ぎ込んだSPEEDI情報を出すようには要請しているにもかかわらず、いまだに完全無視。
福島第一原発には、重要免震棟も、5.7mの防潮堤も、オフサイト・センターも、すべて揃っていました。
形式だけとはいっても、安定ヨウ素剤も住民に配られました。
文部科学省は隠蔽しましたが、SPEEDI情報もあったのです。

日本の原発のオフサイトセンターは、なんと原発から、たった数km、海岸から2キロ未満の標高10メートルを下回る場所に建設されている場合がほとんどです。
福島第一原発の場合は、5km離れた大熊町に建てられていましたが、原発から飛んでくる放射性ヨウ素や放射性セシウムなどの放射性物資をブロックするためのフィルターが取り付けられていなかったため、オフサイトセンター内の線量がみるみる高くなっていきました。
とうとう、原発が水素爆発してから4日目に、ここを放棄して60km離れた福島県庁に避難してしまいました。
オフサイトセンターから逃げ出した原子力安全・保安院の職員たちは、マスコミに「住民を放り出して自分たちだけ逃げた」と追及されましたが、本当の理由は、なんと「フィルターが必要になるくらいの高濃度の放射性物質が飛んで来るとは想像もしていなかった」からです。
女川原発のオフサイトセンターは、海から直線距離で600～700m、海抜8mの場所に建てられていました。
