山岳地帯は慣れない人は高山病にかかります。

３０００メートルの山に行くと酸素不足で頭が痛くなり吐いたりします。

クコの葉を噛んだりするとやわらぐといいますが一旦高山病になるとある

一定の時間が過ぎないと治りません。

欲がある人程その苦しみは強いそうです。



クスコに行った時一番先に高山病にかかった私は死ぬ程苦しまされ反省

いたしました。

昔トランスパーソナル心理学のホロﾄﾛビックブリージンｸﾞのワークショップ

を受けた時を思い出しました。

その翌日の爽快さは忘れられません。大自然は容赦なく襲ってきます。
