世界を歩いて、こんな所にこんな場所があり、地球の大切なものに出会った時には、

生きるって素晴らしいと。

福山ロックミュージシャンたちが製作した無農薬玄米が届きました。

日本の四季は多くの産物を生み出し、玄米は日本人の文化の原点でもあります。

30年前に玄米食というものを知りました。

当時西洋かぶれで犯された心身はボロボロでした。

私にとって玄米は、「異」でした。

玄米食をはじめてからは、物事を一旦おいて考えられるようになりました。

ロックミュージシャンが作る玄米は、「創造し得る自由」があり、レンゲ畑の

肥料が使わているものです。

お花畑を見ながら歩いてた子供の頃を思い出します。

商業ペースに合わせて時折道を踏み外しても、玄米を食べることに引き返す事

が出来る幸せを感じています。
