next go in the opposite direction with the pose pull on a gin trap.

3. Extend fore & back ; Step forward & back each one step, and back.
with extend the hand foward , and shape cross in one's hands in front of one's brest,

4. Stretch arms ; next stretched own arms oneself. walk right and left with two steps.

5. Dish & eat ; make left hand with dish , eat the fish on the left hand by right hand

6. Threw a gin trap & wave ; threw a gin trap into the sea to right side, next walk in the opposite side by makeing wave.

Aloha enjoy Hula lesson

labyrinth of corridors

The Aloha Joy Hula Active will be teached only by appoinment. But we were ten minutes late for lesson. Because the inside the building looks like a maze of road lined.All is a labyrinth of corridors.

When we arrived the front desk clerk, then the man he cover the work reception clerk, guid us up to next bill and beside the five flower personally.

Than we met the Hula teacher she takes charge of the class.
The lesson had already bigun when we take a part in the Aloha enjoy Hula.
