“It’s been really tough, that was a long race. I had no pace at all this weekend and have really struggled since FP2, with the car sliding all over the place. We need to go away and look at what the issue may be, as we’ve not seen anything in the data that explains why this weekend has been so difficult.

"I gave it my everything today and there wasn’t much more I think I could’ve done in terms of my personal performance in this situation but overall, this has been the hardest race weekend we’ve had so far this year.”

先週の採れ高

今年は空梅雨＆猛暑だから水やり大変・・・・

 

この土地　水に無いので

毎回　３０以上　車で水運んでるんだけど

全然　足りない・・

キュウリとか　ちょっと枯れ始めた。

 

期待の台風4号も関東は　ほとんど雨降らなかったし・・

畑ゾーンは　ほぼ砂漠状態です。

A few days ago, I went to harvest summer vegetables.

The rainy season in Japan this year is very short, and  summer has come,

so it's hard work to water the vegetables.

But  as growing potatoes do't need much water, so I was able to harvest a lot it.

水不足でも　ジャガイモは　ちゃんと実ので簡単！

 

いつもは　男爵イモだけど

今年はめークイーンを作ってみました。

味は　あまり変わらないような気がする・・

“From a difficult weekend we actually made it quite a bit better with Qualifying, then after the race restart today I was running in seventh, we were in a great position. Following the incident with Yuki I had damage to the rear wing, so we had to retire the car.

"Every point is valuable, especially in a season like this, so I’m disappointed with the end result today, as it was an unnecessary collision. The accident with Zhou was really scary at the start of the race, it was shocking to see him upside down but I’m glad to hear he’s ok, that’s the most important thing.”

Following the incident with Yuki

【　レース感想　】

1週目の自己は無事でよかった

HALOが無かったら　やばかったかも！？と思う。

 

HALO導入時はカッコわるいな・・・って思ったけど

あのデバイスで何人ものドライバーの命が救われていると思う。

ガスリー　角田の同志打ち　あれは無いよな・・

両者　入賞圏内だったのに・・

 

ガスリーの公式コメントでは角田を表向き批判していないのが救い。

チームが　”ステイ”または”譲れ”　等の　はっきりした指示をだして

欲しかったな

F1 ルクレール まだタイトルの可能性を信じてる

“Overall, it’s been a tough time for the team,” Leclerc added. “But I think the way we have worked since the beginning of the season has been extremely good, so this we don’t have to change. But then of course, there have been some reliability problems that we need to fix as quickly as possible, so on that, again, I trust fully the team to get on top of these things as quickly as it can be done.
